Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Desenvolvimento Humano Organizacional Sênior para atuar em uma posição estratégica dentro da área de Recursos Humanos, apoiando a implantação e sustentação dos principais processos de Desenvolvimento Humano Organizacional da companhia. Buscamos um profissional com perfil estruturador, capaz de transformar projetos em processos, conectar pessoas e negócio e contribuir para a evolução da maturidade da gestão de pessoas da organização. A posição terá papel fundamental na construção dos pilares de desenvolvimento da companhia, apoiando os processos de Avaliação de Desempenho, PDI, Trilhas de Desenvolvimento, Sucessão, Desenvolvimento de Lideranças e Cultura Organizacional. Somos uma empresa sólida, com história e consistência, mas em constante evolução.
