Atuar como parceiro estratégico das áreas de negócio apoiando líderes e equipes na implementação de práticas de RH, garantindo a aderência às políticas corporativas e contribuindo para o desenvolvimento organizacional, clima, performance e cultura.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Atuar como ponto focal de RH para as áreas de negócio, compreendendo suas particularidades e necessidades específicas. Apoiar gestores na gestão de pessoas, oferecendo consultoria em temas como desempenho, engajamento, carreira, clima organizacional e sucessão. Apoiar nos processos de movimentação interna, admissões, e entrevistas de desligamentos. Conduzir diagnósticos organizacionais e propor soluções de desenvolvimento, capacitação e retenção de colaboradores alinhadas à estratégia do negócio. Acompanhar indicadores de RH e propor ações corretivas ou de melhoria. Conduzir processos seletivos “end to end” das áreas de negócio, garantindo alinhamento com o perfil e cultura da área Assegurar conformidade com políticas internas e legislação trabalhista vigente. Apoiar na realização e acompanhar o desdobramento da pesquisa GPTW, analisando os resultados e auxiliando os líderes na construção dos planos de ação. Realizar o levantamento de necessidades de treinamento e apoiar na organização e acompanhamento de treinamentos obrigatórios, técnicos e comportamentais, alinhados às demandas do negócio.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo em Administração, Psicologia, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas. Desejável especialização em Gestão de Pessoas, Psicologia Organizacional ou áreas afins. Conhecimento sólido em práticas generalistas de RH (R&S, T&D, C&S, Clima, Desempenho etc.). Será considerado um diferencial vivência em ambientes industriais, agrícolas e/ou automotivos. Conhecimento da legislação trabalhista. Pacote Office intermediário/avançado.
