Descrição da vaga Descrição dBuscamos uma pessoa Analista de Desenvolvimento Pleno para fazer parte do nosso time de Tecnologia, contribuindo para transformar ideias e necessidades em soluções com qualidade, performance e boas práticas, alinhadas às necessidades dos nossos clientes e à estratégia da Gera. Nesta oportunidade, a atuação terá maior foco em plugins, APIs e integrações entre sistemas, contribuindo para a comunicação e troca de informações entre diferentes aplicações. Buscamos alguém com boa capacidade analítica, que goste de investigar problemas, entender como diferentes sistemas se conectam e construir soluções de forma colaborativa.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Como #GTeam, você vai: Codificar de forma clara e objetiva, utilizando as melhores práticas (Clean Code), visando a busca de uma melhor performance;Realizar testes de seus desenvolvimentos, garantindo a qualidade de entrega não gerando efeitos colaterais em outros pontos do sistema;Contribuir ativamente no grooming a fim de garantir a melhor estratégia de implementação;Contribuir ativamente nas definições dos critérios de aceite e levantar possíveis “gaps” e melhorias no escopo da atividade;Analisar a causa raiz de bugs e propor uma solução definitiva ou de contorno;Contribuir ativamente no planejamento e decomposição das stories e tarefas técnicas;Apoiar os clientes internos ou externos em dúvidas técnicas, execução de testes, ou no entendimento de um possível problema, quando solicitado.Estar antenado à novas tecnologias e buscar melhorias para nossos produtos;Garantir que todos os desenvolvimentos estejam em pacotes de atualização de versão (homologação e produção).Fornecer conhecimento técnico durante todo o ciclo de vida do produto, incluindo design, implementação e entrega de infraestrutura escalonável de construção/teste/lançamento;Auxiliar na configuração de ambientes de pré-venda quando solicitado;Documentar as tarefas de desenvolvimento seguindo as boas práticas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara essa posição, buscamos uma pessoa com boa base e conhecimentos em:

C#;

Oracle;

SQL Server;

Integrações entre sistemas;

Desenvolvimento e consumo de APIs;

Conceitos relacionados à comunicação e conexões de rede entre sistemas;

Git/GitHub.

Além dos conhecimentos técnicos, será importante ter capacidade analítica e de investigação, facilidade para resolução de problemas, organização, colaboração e visão sistêmica.

Será um diferencial:

Vivência com plugins e integrações entre diferentes aplicações;

Conhecimento em padrões e boas práticas de APIs;
