Você vai atuar em uma de duas frentes, desenvolvimento do sistema operacional (AOSP) ou meios de pagamento, com autonomia para tomar decisões técnicas e conduzir integrações com adquirentes, subadquirentes, software houses e TEF houses.

Responsabilidades

Liderar tecnicamente entregas de ponta a ponta, da análise de requisitos à homologação em campo Conduzir integrações com parceiros de hardware (inclusive fornecedores internacionais) e com clientes do setor financeiro Investigar e resolver problemas complexos em diferentes modelos de terminal e versões de Android Definir e revisar padrões de código, arquitetura e segurança, atuando ativamente em code reviews Apoiar o desenvolvimento de profissionais menos experientes do time Produzir documentação técnica clara para o time e para parceiros

Frente AOSP

Customizar e manter builds AOSP para terminais de pagamento (framework, system apps, HALs e serviços de sistema) Trabalhar com assinatura de plataforma, permissões privilegiadas, SELinux e políticas de segurança do dispositivo Criar, integrar e adaptar SDKs, incluindo a exposição de serviços via AIDL/Binder Diagnosticar problemas de boot, performance, conflitos de system apps e atualizações OTA

Frente Pagamentos

Desenvolver e manter aplicações e bibliotecas de pagamento para Smart POS Integrar SDKs e HALs de adquirentes, kernels EMV (contato e contactless) e periféricos como NFC, leitor de cartão, impressora e PIN pad Garantir aderência às certificações e normas do mercado, como ABECS, EMVCo e PCI

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos

Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento Android nativo (Kotlin e/ou Java)Vivência com dispositivos embarcados ou hardware dedicado, lidando com múltiplas versões de AndroidConhecimento de boas práticas de segurança em aplicações e sistemasCapacidade de conduzir problemas com autonomia e comunicar decisões técnicas com clarezaInglês para leitura de documentação e comunicação com parceirosExperiência em pelo menos uma das frentes:AOSP: build e customização da plataforma, Soong/Make, adb/fastboot e análise de logs de sistemaPagamentos: integração de SDKs de pagamento, EMV e fluxos transacionaisDiferenciaisExperiência com certificações ABECS, EMVCo ou PCI PTSExperiência nas duas frentes (AOSP e pagamentos)
