O diferencial da Inmetrics é a eficiência digital.💛 Pessoas são o nosso maior ativo, por isso investimos em oportunidades que vão além de salário competitivo, oferecendo benefícios diferenciados e um ambiente saudável, reconhecido por nossos colaboradores.👉 #VemPraInmetricsResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsável por exercer a liderança técnica da equipe assegurando a interface entre a equipe de desenvolvimento, a arquitetura das aplicações e os usuários. acompanhando o ciclo de desenvolvimento, desde o planejamento da arquitetura e definição de tecnologias até a manutenção do sistema na etapa de produção e debug. realizando o levantamento de requisitos com clientes e a tradução dos requisitos de negócio em requisitos técnicos e de sistema. liderando tecnicamente o planejamento de testes e simulações necessárias para desenvolvimento, manutenção e atualização das soluções. mediando a implantação de novas aplicações, otimizações e correções nas soluções de TI, bem como realizando demais atividades correlatas e inerentes ao cargo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesAtribuições e Responsabilidades- Evoluir o ciclo de vida de desenvolvimento — da integração de código (CI) à entrega em produção (CD).- Criar e manter templates de pipeline reutilizáveis que padronizam builds, testes, análises e deploys para os squads.- Escrever automações em Shell Script e Docker para tooling, bootstrapping e jobs de CI.- Administrar e otimizar runners do GitLab CI.- Evoluir a plataforma de SCM (GitLab) — branch policies, merge strategies, integrações, atualizações.- Implementar práticas de Shift Left: SAST, container scanning e guard rails integrados à esteira.- Desenvolver ferramentas internas (backend Node/NestJS, frontend React).- Operar clusters Kubernetes e codificar infraestrutura com Terraform e Crossplane.Habilidades e Qualidades- +5 anos em desenvolvimento/engenharia de plataforma em ambientes de produção.- Experiência sólida com pipelines CI/CD no GitLab CI — templates, runners, integrações.- Shell Script e Python avançados para automação de esteiras.- Docker — imagens otimizadas, multi-stage builds, segurança.- Gestão de SCM: branch policies, conventional commits, versionamento semântico.- Domínio do ciclo completo de CI: linting, build, testes, análise estática, publicação de artefatos.- Experiência prática com Kubernetes, Terraform e Crossplane.- Conhecimento em Node.js/TypeScript (NestJS).- Fundamentos sólidos de Linux.- Perfil proativo, boa comunicação e foco em melhoria contínua.
