Estamos em busca de uma pessoa para atuar como Analista de Desenvolvimento Humano e Organizacional (DHO) e fazer parte do nosso time de Recursos Humanos.Se você é uma pessoa organizada, proativa e gosta de trabalhar com pessoas, essa oportunidade pode ser para você! Buscamos alguém que tenha interesse em atuar em diferentes frentes de DHO e que queira contribuir para o desenvolvimento dos colaboradores e o fortalecimento da cultura organizacional.Nesta posição, você irá atuar nos processos de Recrutamento e Seleção, integração de novos colaboradores, ações de desenvolvimento, clima e engajamento, comunicação interna e iniciativas voltadas à cultura organizacional. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir os processos de Recrutamento e Seleção, desde o alinhamento do perfil com as lideranças até a condução das etapas e acompanhamento da admissão;Realizar entrevistas por competências, análise de perfil e elaboração de pareceres, contribuindo para decisões mais assertivas de contratação;Acompanhar e analisar indicadores de R&S e DHO, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e propondo ações para otimizar os processos;Planejar, executar e acompanhar ações de integração, engajamento, clima e cultura organizacional, avaliando seus resultados e propondo melhorias;Atuar em parceria com as lideranças no levantamento de necessidades, acompanhamento das equipes e desenvolvimento de ações de DHO;Participar da estruturação e implementação de projetos e iniciativas de DHO, contribuindo para a melhoria da experiência dos colaboradores e o fortalecimento da cultura organizacional.Elaborar conteúdos, materiais de apoio e campanhas internas, alinhados às estratégias de desenvolvimento e cultura organizacional;Apoiar a análise de necessidades de desenvolvimento e clima, contribuindo para a definição e execução de ações que promovam o engajamento e a experiência dos colaboradores.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Psicologia, Recursos Humanos, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em Desenvolvimento Humano e Organizacional, com atuação em processos de R&S e demais iniciativas de DHO;Vivência na condução de processos seletivos e entrevistas por competências;Experiência com ações de integração, clima, engajamento e cultura organizacional;Conhecimento em indicadores de RH e ferramentas de acompanhamento de processos;Boa comunicação, organização, senso de prioridade e autonomia para condução das atividades;Facilidade para atuar em parceria com lideranças e diferentes áreas da empresa.
