Principais responsabilidades:  Estruturar, implementar e acompanhar programas e projetos de DHO, alinhados às necessidades do negócio e à estratégia de RH; Desenvolver e conduzir programas de desenvolvimento de lideranças, apoiando gestores em seus desafios de gestão de pessoas e resultados; Conduzir processos de gestão de desempenho, competências, feedbacks e PDI, acompanhando resultados e planos de desenvolvimento; Identificar necessidades de desenvolvimento e estruturar treinamentos, trilhas de aprendizagem e ações de capacitação, avaliando sua efetividade; Atuar em clima organizacional, cultura, gestão de talentos e sucessão, propondo ações de melhoria e desenvolvimento; Consolidar e analisar indicadores de DHO, elaborando apresentações e recomendações para apoio à tomada de decisão; Gerenciar projetos de DHO de ponta a ponta, incluindo planejamento, cronogramas, fornecedores, orçamento e acompanhamento de resultados.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:  Ensino Superior Completo em Psicologia, RH, Administração ou áreas correlatas; Experiência sólida em DHO e programas corporativos; Vivência com desenvolvimento de lideranças, gestão de desempenho, PDI e clima; Experiência com treinamentos e projetos de desenvolvimento; Conhecimento em indicadores, Excel e apresentações gerenciais; Familiaridade com plataformas de DHO; Capacidade de atuar com autonomia, análise e foco em resultados.
