Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Desenvolvimento Humano e Organizacional (DHO) com forte experiência em Gestão de Desempenho, Desenvolvimento de Talentos e Sucessão. Procuramos um profissional com visão estratégica de pessoas, perfil analítico e experiência em transformar dados e processos de RH em ações que impulsionem a performance, o desenvolvimento e o engajamento dos colaboradores.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExperiência consolidada em DHO, Gestão de Desempenho e Desenvolvimento de Talentos. Vivência prática com Nine Box, comitês de calibração e processos de avaliação de desempenho. Experiência na construção e gestão de Plano de Sucessão, identificando talentos e apoiando estratégias de desenvolvimento e retenção. Conhecimento em Treinamento & Desenvolvimento, incluindo levantamento de necessidades, desenho de trilhas de aprendizagem, programas de liderança e acompanhamento de resultados. Experiência com PDI, Carreira, Gestão por Competências e Talentos. Vivência com pesquisas de clima e engajamento (GPTW, Pulse Survey ou similares). Conhecimento em OKRs e indicadores de pessoas. Capacidade de atuar como parceiro(a) de negócio, influenciando líderes na tomada de decisão relacionada à gestão de pessoas. Perfil analítico, organizado, com forte capacidade de comunicação, facilitação e condução de projetos.

Diferencial: experiência em ambientes de transformação organizacional e implementação de processos estruturados de desenvolvimento, sucessão e performance.
