Buscamos um (a) Analista Diligenciamento para atuar em Jundiaí/SP em regime CLT.Procuramos talentos que amam o que fazem, proativos, que buscam novos conhecimentos e alinhado com o nosso propósito: "Transformar pessoas e organizações através da cultura de planejamento".Inscreva-se e venha fazer parte do time Planit!!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o acompanhamento dos pedidos de compra junto aos fornecedores, desde a emissão até a entrega dos materiais ou serviços;Monitorar prazos de fabricação, expedição, transporte e entrega, garantindo o cumprimento do cronograma estabelecido;Manter contato frequente com fornecedores para atualização de status, previsão de entrega e identificação de eventuais riscos;Elaborar e atualizar relatórios e controles de diligenciamento, garantindo a confiabilidade das informações;Identificar antecipadamente atrasos, divergências ou riscos que possam impactar projetos, produção ou atendimento aos clientes;Atuar na cobrança e negociação de prazos junto aos fornecedores, buscando soluções para minimizar impactos no planejamento;Realizar follow-up de pedidos críticos e itens de maior impacto para os projetos;Acompanhar o cumprimento de datas acordadas e atualizar os sistemas corporativos com informações de status;Apoiar na análise de indicadores de desempenho de fornecedores, como cumprimento de prazo, atrasos e nível de atendimento;Participar de reuniões de acompanhamento de projetos e fornecedores, apresentando a situação dos itens sob sua responsabilidade;Apoiar na identificação de causas de atrasos e na elaboração de planos de ação junto aos fornecedores e áreas internas;Garantir a organização e rastreabilidade das informações relacionadas aos pedidos e processos de diligenciamento;Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de acompanhamento de fornecedores e gestão de prazos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo ou em andamento em Engenharia, Administração, Logística, ou áreas correlatas;Experiência  com diligenciamento e acompanhamento de fornecedores externos;Capacidade de leitura e interpretação de documentos técnicos;Domínio do Pacote Office, com ênfase em Excel;Conhecimento em processos de inspeção e controle de qualidade;Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em Jundiaí, nas proximidades do Thera Park.Informações adicionaisLocal: Jundiaí/SPModalidade: CLTPlano de Saúde Nacional - Unimed (não há desconto para o colaborador, apenas para inclusão de familiares);Convênio Odontológico (opcional); Seguro de Vida (sem descontos aplicados);Vale Transporte com desconto de 6% (com pagamento efetuado por meio do cartão de ônibus);Alimentação no refeitório do projeto (sem descontos aplicados);Parceria com SESC;Capacitação Profissional / Treinamentos (após 1 ano).Clude Saúde Consultas de Telemedicina com Clínico Geral (Uso ilimitado);Programa de prevenção de doenças gravesConsulta de Telepsicologia (Duas consultas gratuitas ao mês e R$50,00 por consulta adicional);Programa de nutrição e fitness ;Programa de saúde emocional;Consulta de Telenutrição (1 consulta por mês + Acompanhamento via Chat);Acesso a serviços de saúde com descontos;Orientação médica via telefone 24h por dia, 7 dias por semana;Descontos em medicamentos (desconto de até 80% em farmácias; Droga Raia e Drogasil, Drogaria SP e Drogaria Pacheco, Pague Menos e outras).Parcerias:Parceria com plataforma de ensino de idiomas (Open English);Parceria com Movida;Parceria com Udemy.
