Se você é apaixonado por gente e tecnologia, aqui é o seu lugar!Somos curiosos, ousados, determinados e muito comunicativos.Se você gostaria de trabalhar em uma equipe show de bola, e em uma empresa que não para de crescer, vem fazer parte do time!Boa sorte! =)Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLevantar cálculos dos pagamentos relativos a férias, rescisões de contrato de trabalho e outros relacionados a folha, visando o seu correto pagamento e cumprimento dos prazos legais;Realizar levantamento de dados para a folha de pagamento, verificando cálculos de horas e descontos, visando o seu correto processamento;Calcular os encargos trabalhistas e confeccionar as guias de recolhimento DAE, FGTS, DARF, GRCSU, GRRF, DCTFWeb informações sociais, DIRF, E-SOCIAL, RAIS, visando o cumprimento dos prazos e determinaçãoes legais;Emitir relação para crédito em conta salário dos funcionários;Atender as solicitações dos funcionários no que se refere a informações sobre a folha de pagamento e outros assuntos relacionados com o vínculo empregatício;Fazer a classificação da folha de pagamento, conforme o plano de contas, para processamento pela contabilidade;Emitir e analisar relatórios mensais com dados da folha de pagamento para efeitos de contabilização e controle de custos;Preparar relatórios, conforme solicitação, com informação da folha, de acordo com a necessidade;Administrar a classificação dos documentos relacionados a folha, como de “Arquivo ativo e inativo” da empresa;Interagir com a área financeira para elaborar a agenda de pagamentos dos salários;Recepcionar e conferir as movimentações salariais dentro do mês, solicitar que seja efetuando os registros necessários para elaboração da folha de pagamento;Analisar e controlar os custos das despesas de pessoal da empresa e conciliar com a Previsão Orçamentária;Analisar e conferir os valores da Folha de Pagamento e dos cálculos dos encargos incidentes sobre esses valores;Garantir a consolidação dos fechamentos conforme cronograma elaborado pela gerência;Analisar e conferir as informações referentes a manutenção do ponto eletrônico;Analisar e conferir as movimentações e custo dos benefícios;Recepcionar notificação trabalhista, preparar documentação e atender a fiscalização;Atuar como preposto da empresa em audiências trabalhistas;Orientar as unidades ou setores da empresa sobre procedimentos do DP, visando assegurar a qualidade das informações e conformidade com os procedimentos legais;Atualizações de IP's;Experiência no sistema TOTVS (Protheus);Preencher planilhas de indicador de desempenho com suas respectivas rastreabilidade e propor ações de melhorias.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência no cargo/função;Ensino superior completo;Excelentes capacidades de comunicação, oral e escrita, com clientes, parceiros e fornecedores;Excelente atenção à detalhes e processos operacionais;Conhecimento em TOTVs;Pacote Office / Vivência em sistemas de folha.Informações adicionaisSalário: R$ 3.392,89Benefícios: Vale Transporte + Vale Refeição R$ 25,00 por dia + Vale Alimentação R$ 160,00 por mês + AM e AO SulAmérica após 3 meses + Seguro de Vida;Jornada de Trabalho: De segunda a sexta-feira das 08:30h às 18:18h;Local de trabalho: Barra da Tijuca, RJ.
