Responsabilidades e atribuições Cadastrar, atualizar e organizar produtos no e-commerce e nos marketplaces.Incluir imagens, títulos, descrições, preços e informações técnicas.Organizar e atualizar o site: páginas, banners, vitrines, carrosséis, links e outros conteúdos.Apoiar o lançamento e a manutenção de promoções e campanhas.Garantir a organização correta do site durante as campanhas.Apoiar lançamentos de produtos.Atualizar os conteúdos da loja virtual.Apoiar a criação e a atualização de relatórios e apresentações.Apoiar a criação de textos (copys) para campanhas digitais.Ajustar imagens e artes para campanhas digitais.Apoiar processos operacionais, como o lançamento e o controle de boletos e notas fiscais.Organizar briefings e demandas do Marketing e de outras áreas.Acompanhar melhorias, funcionalidades e projetos do e-commerce.Fazer a interface com Marketing, Comercial, Logística, Fiscal, Atendimento e outras áreas.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior em andamento ou completo em Marketing, Administração, Publicidade e Propaganda, Comércio ou áreas afins.Domínio de Excel ou planilhas para cadastro, conferência e controle.Organização e atenção aos detalhes para lidar com alto volume de SKUs.Capacidade de cumprir prazos simultâneos.Boa comunicação escrita, com português correto e claro.Habilidade para alinhar demandas entre áreas.Perfil prático e proativo.Capacidade de gerenciar várias demandas ao mesmo tempo, sem perder o ritmo.DiferenciaisConhecimento em SEO e SEM.Experiência com plataformas de e-commerce e sistemas como Salesforce, Olist, RD Station e SAP.Vivência com marketplaces, como Mercado Livre, Amazon, Americanas e Magalu.Excel avançado.Conhecimento em HTML.Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão de produtos (PIM).
