Buscamos um(a) profissional para atuar na área de E-commerce, contribuindo para a implantação, operação e evolução dos canais digitais da empresa. Essa pessoa será responsável por acompanhar os resultados comerciais, analisar indicadores de performance e apoiar decisões relacionadas às plataformas, marketplaces e estratégias de vendas online.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoio na implantação de lojas online;Análise de vendas;Análise de KPIs corporativos (indicadores de acompanhamento de performance diária dos resultados comerciais: vendas, margem, CMV, PA, ticket médio etc.);Administração de marketplaces: desenvolvimento e acompanhamento da implantação, pesquisa, análise e recomendação de técnicas, plataformas e fornecedores para implantação de e-commerce.Requisitos e qualificações

Cursando graduação em Administração, Ciências de Dados, Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda e/ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimentos em ERP (trânsito de dados entre plataformas) para e-commerce (Tiny, Bling);Conhecimento em plataformas de e-commerce (Shopify, WooCommerce, Nuvem Shop);Excel avançado;Conhecimento e familiaridade com o uso de IA.;Diferencial experiência com o Copilot. DIFERENCIALCertificações de mercado livre, Amazon ou relacionadas a área, conhecimentos em ADSs (propaganda digital).PERFIL COMPORTAMENTAL Buscamos um profissional criativo, apaixonado pelo universo digital e com visão estratégica para identificar oportunidades e transformar ideias em resultados;Deve possuir perfil empático, colaborativo e participativo, com comunicação clara e objetiva;É importante ter senso de urgência, autonomia e automotivação, além de responsabilidade com prazos, projetos e entregas;Esperamos uma pessoa proativa, que tenha iniciativa, goste de desafios e esteja sempre em busca de novas possibilidades para contribuir com o crescimento do negócio.
