Apoiar o planejamento e a execução das ações de Educação Corporativa;Criar campanhas de comunicação para divulgação de treinamentos, eventos, trilhas e programas de desenvolvimento;Produzir textos para WhatsApp, e-mail, plataforma de ensino e comunicados internos;Desenvolver apresentações, materiais de apoio, peças visuais e conteúdos educativos;Apoiar a produção e edição de vídeos curtos, aulas e conteúdos para a plataforma de aprendizagem;Organizar calendários de treinamentos, cronogramas, listas de presença e materiais;Realizar contato com facilitadores, mentores, fornecedores e participantes;Apoiar a organização de treinamentos online e presenciais;Acompanhar inscrições, participação, conclusão e engajamento nas ações educacionais;Aplicar pesquisas de satisfação e apoiar a consolidação dos resultados;Sugerir formatos mais criativos e atrativos para comunicar e promover os treinamentos;Apoiar a gestão da plataforma de ensino e a atualização dos conteúdos disponíveis;Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que você precisa?Pessoa comunicativa, criativa, proativa e organizada;Boa escrita e facilidade para adaptar a linguagem a diferentes públicos;Interesse por educação corporativa, comunicação interna, marketing e produção de conteúdo;Facilidade para trabalhar com diferentes demandas e cumprir prazos;Olhar estético e atenção aos detalhes;Disposição para aprender, testar novas ideias e colocar projetos em prática;Facilidade de relacionamento e trabalho em equipe.Informações adicionaisO que é um diferencial para esta posição?Vivência com criação de conteúdo para redes sociais ou comunicação interna;Conhecimento em design instrucional e metodologias de aprendizagem; Vivência
