Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAs principais responsabilidades deste profissional serão:Formação superior completa.Mapear, analisar e otimizar processos comerciais e operacionais.Desenvolver e implementar automações para ganho de produtividade.Administrar e aprimorar sistemas de Gestão de Relacionamento com Clientes.Aplicar Inteligência Artificial Generativa em processos e atividades do negócio.Criar e acompanhar indicadores, relatórios e painéis de desempenho comercial.Estruturar fluxos de trabalho automatizados utilizando ferramentas de automação e plataformas sem código.Atuar em projetos de transformação digital, eficiência comercial e melhoria contínua.Trabalhar em parceria com diferentes áreas para identificar oportunidades de inovação e otimização de processos.Realizar integração de sistemas e garantir a qualidade das informações para suporte à tomada de decisão.Monitorar resultados das soluções implementadas e propor melhorias contínuas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara essa posição, o profissional deve ter:Experiência com automação de processos, melhoria contínua e eficiência operacional.Vivência com Gestão de Relacionamento com Clientes, preferencialmente Salesforce.Conhecimento em ferramentas de automação, como Microsoft Power Automate, Make, Zapier, n8n ou similares.Experiência na construção e otimização de fluxos de trabalho automatizados.Familiaridade com Inteligência Artificial Generativa e aplicação de tecnologias para ganho de produtividade.Vivência na criação e acompanhamento de indicadores, relatórios e painéis de desempenho.Conhecimento em integração de sistemas, análise de dados e transformação digital.Domínio de Microsoft Excel ou Planilhas Google em nível intermediário ou avançado.Perfil analítico, com capacidade para identificar oportunidades de melhoria e propor soluções.Boa comunicação e facilidade para atuar com diferentes áreas do negócio.

Será considerado um diferencial:Experiência em Operações de Vendas, Operações de Receita ou Eficiência Comercial.Conhecimento em Linguagem de Consulta Estruturada, Python ou automação de dados.Vivência com Integração de Aplicações e conexões entre sistemas.Experiência na implementação de soluções utilizando Inteligência Artificial e plataformas sem código ou de baixo código.
