Então confira a oportunidade abaixo!O que buscamos:Buscamos um(a) profissional com formação em Enfermagem com interesse em gestão da saúde e análise regulatória, para atuar em projetos estratégicos voltados à qualificação da assistência e à sustentabilidade do sistema de saúde suplementar.Esse profissional atuará no acompanhamento do desempenho de indicadores, análise de diretrizes regulatórias da ANS, estudos de impacto assistencial e financeiro, além de participar de processos relacionados à incorporação de novas tecnologias e procedimentos em saúde.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Acompanhar e auxiliar o desempenho de indicadores desenvolvidos pela área;Solicitar o desenvolvimento e revisão de Normas Técnicas, alinhadas às melhores práticas assistenciais e às regulamentações vigentes;Apoiar o processo de incorporação de novos procedimentos e tecnologias em saúde, conforme o Rol de Procedimentos da ANS, bem como auxiliar na definição de parâmetros para cadastro e elaborar de Critérios Técnicos de Auditoria – CTA para materiais;Colaborar na realização de estudos de impacto financeiro e assistencial, por meio do levantamento, consolidação e análise de dados;Apoiar a avaliação de procedimentos e itens mutuamente excludentes, contribuindo para a consistência dos processos assistenciais;Auxiliar na atualização de itens cadastrados, verificando regras e diretrizes da ANS, incluindo procedimentos sem cobertura no Rol, comparação entre Normas Técnicas e Diretrizes de Utilização (DUT), além da análise de nomenclaturas TUSS e Rol ANS;Apoiar análises comparativas entre Normas Técnicas e políticas clínicas adotadas por outras instituições e operadoras de saúde;Prestar suporte técnico à equipe de médicos assessores e demais áreas envolvidas em projetos estratégicos;Contribuir para iniciativas de melhoria contínua relacionadas à gestão da saúde e à qualidade assistencial.

Requisitos e qualificações ObrigatóriosEnsino Superior completo em Enfermagem;Registro ativo no COREN;Conhecimento das regulamentações da Agência Nacional de Saúde Suplementar (ANS);nomenclaturas, tabelas e regras utilizadas na saúde suplementar, incluindo TUSS e demais referenciais aplicáveis;Conhecimento intermediário do Pacote Office, com ênfase em Excel.DiferenciaisPós-graduação em Auditoria em Saúde, Gestão em Saúde, Regulação, Qualidade ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento em saúde suplementar, avaliação de tecnologias em saúde (ATS) ou auditoria;Experiência com análise de dados assistenciais e indicadores de saúde;Experiência prévia na assistência de enfermagem, proporcionando conhecimento dos fluxos assistenciais, protocolos clínicos e jornada do paciente;Inglês intermediário.
