Você atuará em parceria com a liderança da área para projetar modelos de dados robustos, construir pipelines escaláveis e garantir que todas as áreas de negócio tenham acesso a dados limpos, confiáveis e performáticos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesParticipar do planejamento e evolução da arquitetura de dados, em conjunto com o Gerente de Dados e BI;Projetar e construir modelos de dados e estruturas de Data Warehouse, considerando fatos, dimensões, granularidade e histórico;Desenvolver transformações e tratamento de dados utilizando SQL e dbt;Construir e manter pipelines e integrações entre diferentes fontes de dados;Garantir a qualidade, consistência e confiabilidade dos dados e indicadores;Participar da definição de métricas e regras de negócio, documentando as soluções;Debater alternativas técnicas, questionar premissas e validar as soluções implementadas.Apoiar a evolução dos dashboards e soluções de BI, garantindo a disponibilidade e consistência das informações utilizadas pelas áreas de negócio. Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Tecnologia, Engenharia, Ciência da Computação, Estatística, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas; Sólidos conhecimentos em modelagem de dados e conceitos de Data Warehouse;SQL avançado, incluindo CTEs, window functions, joins, agregações e otimização de consultas;Conhecimento de ETL/ELT, qualidade de dados e integração de diferentes fontes;Experiência com dbt ou ferramenta equivalente de transformação de dados;Conhecimento de Git, versionamento e code review;Conhecimento em Python para automações e manipulação de dados;Conhecimento de ferramentas de BI, preferencialmente Tableau.DIFERENCIAIS:Experiência com Tableau Prep,  Cloud ou Data Lake;Conhecimento de ferramentas de orquestração e governança de dados;Experiência prática com IA para desenvolvimento, como Codex, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot ou Cursor;Experiência com Big Data, processamento de grandes volumes de dados e tecnologias distribuídas.Informações adicionaisO QUE OFERECEMOS:⏰Horário flexível;🛍️40% de desconto nos produtos dos sites;🎓Parcerias com instituições de ensino;📗 Subsídio a cursos e capacitação; 🤑Bônus atrelada a metas corporativas e individuais;🏋️Gympass;🚗 Estacionamento;👕No Dress Code.Benefícios de acordo com a política vigente.LOCALIZAÇÃO: 📍Nosso escritório está localizado a cerca de 400 metros da Estação Vila Olímpia, em São Paulo, com fácil acesso por transporte público e pelas principais vias da região para quem utiliza veículo próprio.
