O que faz a área de Engenharia de Software na Porto Bank?A área de engenharia de software do Porto Bank é responsável pelo desenvolvimento de projetos para a área de Private Label, Adquirência, Alta Renda e Benefícios e Autorização de Cartão de Crédito. A equipe é dedicada à concepção, implementação e manutenção de sistemas inovadores, buscando fornecer soluções eficientes e seguras para atender às diversas necessidades dos clientes e parceiros do banco.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderança e Gestão da Entrega (em parceria com o PO): Atuar como co-responsável pelo squad ao lado do Product Owner, assumindo papel ativo de liderança para priorizar demandas, delegar tarefas, negociar com stakeholders e alinhar expectativas de entrega, garantindo que o time esteja no caminho certo para cumprir os compromissos assumidos; Facilitação Técnica do Time: Atuar como referência no dia a dia do squad, auxiliando no destravamento de dúvidas técnicas dos desenvolvedores, conduzindo code reviews e garantindo a qualidade do código entregue;Refinamento e Quebra de Demandas: Apoiar o Product Owner (PO) e a equipe no refinamento técnico das histórias de usuário, ajudando a quebrar requisitos de negócio em tarefas técnicas executáveis e estimativas realistas;Garantia de Boas Práticas: Garantir que o time aplique os padrões de arquitetura (definidos pela área de Engenharia/Especialistas), cobertura de testes automatizados e segurança (DevSecOps);Apoio Operacional: Auxiliar no diagnóstico rápido de incidentes no ambiente de produção (troubleshooting) e no acompanhamento da saúde e observabilidade das aplicações em nuvem (AWS).Requisitos e qualificações Sólida experiência em desenvolvimento backend com Java (Spring Boot) e/ou Node.js;Experiência em Java batch / Spring batch (Focados em alta volumetria)Perfil colaborativo e facilidade para atuar como ponto focal/referência técnica de um time de desenvolvimento;Vivência no mercado financeiro cartões (private label), adquirência e meios de pagamento;Experiência prática na construção e consumo de APIs RESTful e Microsserviços;Sólidos conhecimentos em padrões de projeto (Design Patterns), REST/RESTful, SOLID, API First, e integração de sistemas;Experiência em integração com serviços de Mensageria/Eventos (Kafka, SQS/SNS ou RabbitMQ);Conhecimento prático na nuvem AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS);Prática com containers (Docker), testes automatizados e esteiras de CI/CD;Domínio em bancos de dados relacionais e NoSQL/Cache (PostgreSQL, Oracle, Redis, DynamoDB);Boa comunicação para alinhar aspectos técnicos com o PO e demais membros do squad.Diferenciais:Conhecimentos em produto cartão de crédito (Payware);Experiência prévia em ambientes sujeitos à conformidade PCI-DSS;Conhecimento em orquestração de contêineres (Kubernetes/EKS);Práticas de Observabilidade (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry);
