Experiência mínima de 5 anos como Engenheiro de Obras e/ou Engenheiro de Orçamentos e Contratações. Vivência em obras de varejo e empreendimentos de alto padrão. Experiência em gestão orçamentária, elaboração e acompanhamento de rateios. Conhecimento em planejamento, controle de custos e gestão de contratos.
