Venha fazer parte desse time!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVivenciar a identidade organizacional da Diagonal e Victa;Elaborar e analisar relatórios, formulários ou planilhas, conforme solicitações;Acompanhar periodicamente as atividades do SGQ (Sistema de Gestão de Qualidade) nos setores (Sala técnica, administrativo e Segurança do Trabalho, Almoxarifado);Elaborar as solicitações de contratações de serviços e solicitar alteração de orçamento, caso necessário;Analisar o relatório financeiro enviado pela sala técnica e auxiliar na validação junto a engenharia;Garantir a correta apropriação de custos de todas as movimentações de recursos da obra;Acompanhar o resultado financeiro dos serviços e monitorar saldos de quantidade das tarefas do orçamento no sistema ERP;Coletar dados para elaboração de Indicadores de Custo e Produtividades, conforme término dos serviços;Elaborar mensalmente o relatório de Plano de qualidade da obra e Indicadores de obra do SGQ;Receber os Registros de Não Conformidade de acordo com a necessidade e dar as devidas tratativas junto ao Engenheiro de Obra;Apoiar a execução e o acompanhamento das ações geradas nas auditorias da obra junto ao engenheiro de obras e ao Supervisor de Produção;Levantar, controlar e analisar indicadores da obra e qualidade;Executar demais atividades correlatas ao cargo, segundo necessidades da área e direcionamento do gestor.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior concluído em Engenharia Civil ou Engenharia de Produção;Excel Intermediário;Power Point Intermediário;AutoCad Intermediário;MsProject Básico;Noções de PowerBI;Noções de Gestão de Projetos;Conhecimento em Gestão da Qualidade.Informações adicionaisCarga horária de trabalho: 44hs semanais, de segunda à sexta.Oferecemos: Plano de Saúde, Vale Transporte, Refeição no Local, Ticket Alimentação, Participação nos Lucros (semestral).
