Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar como Analista de ERP Junior com foco em sustentação, apoiando a continuidade e evolução das soluções utilizadas por clientes do segmento educacional. Para uma empresa de desenvolvimento de software.Essa pessoa terá como principal desafio analisar e tratar demandas relacionadas a um ERP educacional, realizando configurações, testes, validações e documentação, além de apoiar o atendimento às necessidades dos clientes e trabalhar em parceria com profissionais mais experientes da área.

Inscreva-se abaixo!Responsabilidades e atribuições Atuar na sustentação do ERP educacional, apoiando a análise e resolução de demandas funcionais;Realizar configurações básicas do sistema e apoiar validações de configurações mais complexas;Analisar demandas previamente triadas pelo time, buscando compreender o problema e identificar a melhor forma de tratá-lo;Registrar e acompanhar atendimentos e atividades nas ferramentas utilizadas pela equipe;Executar testes e validações, registrando evidências e documentando os resultados;Apoiar o levantamento e entendimento de requisitos e necessidades dos clientes;Apoiar a elaboração e atualização de manuais, procedimentos e demais documentações;Realizar consultas básicas em banco de dados utilizando SQL, especialmente comandos como SELECT, WHERE e JOIN;Apoiar treinamentos e orientações funcionais, conforme evolução de autonomia na função;Interagir com o líder da squad e profissionais Plenos e Sêniores para acompanhamento das demandas;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos, configurações e documentação;Utilizar ferramentas de IA e automação, como ChatGPT e Copilot, para apoiar análises, documentação e ganho de produtividade;Desenvolver continuamente conhecimentos técnicos e de negócio relacionados ao ERP e ao segmento de Educação.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEsperamos que você tenha:Ensino superior completo;Vivência com sistemas ERP em atividades de sustentação ou suporte;Conhecimento de SQL,  especialmente comandos como SELECT, WHERE e JOIN;

Experiência com análise e tratamento de demandas relacionadas a sistemas;Boa comunicação escrita e verbal;

E será um diferencial se você tiverExperiência com o ERP Lyceum;Vivência anterior em empresas ou projetos voltados ao segmento educacional;Conhecimento de processos acadêmicos ou administrativos de instituições de ensino;Experiência com ferramentas de gestão de chamados, como Trello, Zendesk, Jira, Redmine ou similares;Conhecimento em ferramentas de documentação e gestão de processos;Conhecimento ou experiência com ferramentas de IA e automação.
