Aqui, todos fazem parte!Todas as vagas também estão disponíveis para Pessoas com Deficiência (PCDs).Se as vagas disponíveis não atendem seu sonho atual, faça parte do nosso banco de talentos.Assim que surgir uma oportunidade que faça sentido para você, entraremos em contato!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEstamos em busca de um(a) profissional para atuar no controle e análise das operações de estoque e expedição, contribuindo para a acuracidade dos inventários, eficiência dos processos logísticos e confiabilidade das informações, garantindo o correto fluxo de armazenagem e movimentação dos produtos acabados.Realizar o acompanhamento e análise das movimentações de estoque, identificando inconsistências e propondo ações para garantir a acuracidade das informações;Controlar os estoques de Produtos Acabados por meio da execução e acompanhamento de inventários cíclicos, assegurando a confiabilidade dos saldos físicos e sistêmicos;Executar movimentações de materiais e ajustes de estoque em sistema, garantindo a correta rastreabilidade das operações;Monitorar o controle de FEFO (First Expire, First Out) e shelf life dos produtos acabados, assegurando o cumprimento das políticas de armazenagem e expedição;Acompanhar as operações de recebimento, armazenagem e expedição (Inbound e Outbound), apoiando a identificação de oportunidades de melhoria nos processos;Atuar em conjunto com operadores logísticos e áreas internas, conduzindo alinhamentos para resolução de desvios e melhoria da performance operacional;Desenvolver análises de dados, elaborar indicadores e relatórios gerenciais, apoiando a tomada de decisão e o aumento da produtividade da operação;Contribuir para a padronização dos processos e para a implementação de ações de melhoria contínua na área de Estoque e Expedição. Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatórios:Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Logística, Administração, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas;Experiência com operações de armazenagem, controle de estoque, inventários cíclicos e processos de Inbound e Outbound;Conhecimento em indicadores logísticos (acuracidade de estoque, giro, produtividade, OTIF, entre outros);Conhecimento intermediário em Pacote Office, com ênfase em Excel;Capacidade analítica para interpretação de indicadores e análise de dados operacionais.Diferenciais:Experiência com sistemas WMS;Experiência com SAP;Vivência na gestão ou interface com Operadores Logísticos Terceirizados;Experiência em ambientes industriais ou centros de distribuição de grande porte.Informações adicionaisO que oferecemos?Vale Transporte;Vale Alimentação;Vale Refeição (Corporativo);Plano de Saúde;Plano Odontológico;Seguro de Vida;Cartão de Natal;Bolsa de Estudos;Consultas Psicológicas Gratuitas (Wellz);Wellhub (antigo Gympass);PLR - Participação nos Lucros e Resultados.
