Objetivo da Posição

Garantir a confiabilidade dos estoques e a eficiência dos processos de armazenagem, contribuindo para a disponibilidade dos produtos lácteos, preservação da cadeia fria e redução de perdas por validade, avarias ou divergências de inventário.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais Responsabilidades

Garantir a acuracidade dos estoques por meio da gestão e acompanhamento de inventários cíclicos e gerais.Analisar divergências de estoque, identificar causas raiz e implementar planos de ação para melhoria dos controles.Monitorar e otimizar os processos de recebimento, armazenagem, separação e expedição de produtos lácteos.Acompanhar indicadores de estoque, acuracidade, perdas, giro, produtividade e shelf life.Atuar na redução de perdas, avarias e vencimentos, contribuindo para a eficiência da cadeia fria.Desenvolver relatórios e dashboards para suporte à gestão e tomada de decisão.Apoiar iniciativas de melhoria contínua e evolução dos processos de armazenagem e controle de estoques.Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas de Operações, Logística, Supply Chain, Qualidade e Comercial. Seguir as regras de segurança da empresa utilizando corretamente os EPIs e cumprindo corretamente os procedimentos e normas internas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos

Ensino Superior completo em Logística, Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em gestão de estoques, inventários e operações logísticas.Vivência com inventários cíclicos, inventários gerais e análise de indicadores de desempenho.Conhecimento em sistemas ERP (mandatório TOTVS) e WMS.Participação em projetos de implantação ou evolução de WMS.Conhecimento em Curva ABC e gestão de múltiplos estoques ou unidades.Experiência com Power BI, Excel avançado e análise de dados.

Perfil analítico, organizado e orientado à solução de problemas.Disponibilidade para viagens e atuação em operações de campo.

Experiência no segmento de laticínios, alimentos ou bebidas.
