Será responsável por planejar e acompanhar ações ao longo da jornada do cliente, articulando iniciativas com CRM, Dados, Criação e Mídia. Também irá monitorar indicadores, propor otimizações e apoiar a construção de estratégias multiproduto, garantindo uma comunicação relevante, orientada por dados e alinhada aos objetivos do negócio.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar e acompanhar estratégias de comunicação alinhadas aos objetivos do negócio e da jornada do cliente.

Atuar como ponte entre áreas de negócio e times especialistas de Comunicação, CRM, Dados e Mídia.

Construir briefings, direcionar campanhas e apoiar a definição de mensagens, públicos e canais de comunicação.

Monitorar indicadores de performance e transformar dados em recomendações para melhoria contínua das iniciativas.

Participar da construção das jornadas de comunicação e relacionamento com os clientes dos produtos Sem Parar.

Requisitos e qualificações É imprescindível que você tenha:Experiência em planejamento e estratégia de comunicação voltada para clientes.Vivência atuando com diferentes stakeholders e áreas multifuncionais. Conhecimento sobre jornada e ciclo de vida do cliente.Capacidade analítica para acompanhar indicadores e apoiar tomadas de decisão.Excelente comunicação, organização e habilidade para estruturar ideias e projetos. Não obrigatório, mas será incrível se tiver:Experiência com CRM, Lifecycle Marketing ou Marketing de Relacionamento. Vivência em empresas com modelo de receita recorrente, telecom, seguros ou serviços financeiros. Experiência em gestão de projetos e metodologias ágeis. Interface com times de criação, conteúdo ou mídia.
