Seu papel envolve sugerir alternativas que potencializem os resultados, utilizando metodologias de melhoria contínua aliadas a técnicas de análise e ciência de dados. Entre as atividades, destacam-se a modelagem, tratamento e interpretação de dados, com visão de negócio.Além disso, fará parte de suas atribuições a construção e evolução de dashboards e relatórios gerenciais destinados à alta liderança, bem como a realização de análises econômico-financeiras para subsidiar a tomada de decisão. O profissional também irá estabelecer métricas de acompanhamento e contribuir para a administração das informações, priorizando a eficiência operacional.Sua participação será fundamental em projetos de aprimoramento contínuo, utilizando abordagens como o ciclo PDCA e metodologias ágeis, contribuindo desde o diagnóstico inicial até a implantação das soluções propostas. Outras responsabilidades incluem a reestruturação de fluxos de trabalho, a proposição de alternativas criativas e o suporte ao avanço das ferramentas adotadas pela organização.
