Sua missão será apoiar na estruturação da frente estratégica de fraudes, sendo responsável por implementar soluções antifraude, criar e otimizar regras de prevenção, desenvolver estudos e indicadores, além de atuar junto às áreas técnicas e de negócio para garantir eficácia e inovação nas estratégias de mitigação de riscos.Se interessou pela oportunidade mas não reside em Joinville? Não tem problema, possibilitamos o trabalho remoto/home office.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar no desenvolvimento, implementação e gestão das estratégias, políticas, procedimentos e controles de prevenção a fraudes, com ênfase no produto Cartão (Emissor), garantindo o alinhamento com os objetivos de negócio;Realizar estudos de comportamento transacional, investigações de padrões de fraude e análises preditivas utilizando SQL avançado (queries complexas, CTEs) diretamente em ambiente Databricks, atuando na manipulação de grandes volumes de dados;Identificar vulnerabilidades do pilar de cartões, construindo o próprio backlog de entregas e propondo soluções;Monitorar continuamente o cenário de fraudes e riscos emergentes, avaliando indicadores, tendências e resultados das regras implementadas, e ajustando a estratégia de prevenção e os mecanismos antifraude conforme necessário;Desenvolver e acompanhar indicadores de performance (KPIs/KRIs) da área, transformando os dados em insights estratégicos para tomada de decisão e melhoria contínua dos processos e controles;Garantir a comunicação clara e eficaz dos processos, políticas e procedimentos de prevenção a fraudes para todas as áreas relevantes da empresa;Liderar projetos estratégicos de prevenção a fraudes, desde a concepção até a implementação e o acompanhamento dos resultados;Avaliar e recomendar a adoção de novas tecnologias e ferramentas, buscando otimizar recursos e garantir a eficácia das soluções implementadas;Estabelecer e manter relacionamento estratégico com outras áreas internas e com parceiros externos (instituições financeiras, órgãos reguladores, fornecedores de tecnologia);Representar a área em fóruns internos e externos, apresentando resultados, insights e a estratégia de prevenção a fraudes.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Direito, Contábeis, Engenharias, Matemática ou áreas correlacionadas;Experiência em times de estratégia de prevenção de fraudes, incluindo a criação e otimização de regras e modelos antifraude;Amplo conhecimento na estratégia de combate à fraude do ecossistema de Cartão de crédito e débito, mais especificamente na vertente de Emissor;Ter atuado em áreas de prevenção à fraudes transacional, preferencialmente em instituições financeiras, fintechs, adquirentes ou meios de pagamento;Conhecimento avançado de SQL (queries complexas, CTEs, etc.) para extração, manipulação e análise de grandes volumes de dados;Habilidade com ferramentas de Business Intelligence (Power BI, Looker ou similar) para a criação de dashboards, relatórios analíticos e visões estratégicas.Informações adicionaisDiferenciais:Experiência em soluções de bandeiras, como Visa Advanced Authorization e Decision Intelligence;Experiência em 3DS e Tokenização;Experiência na implementação de soluções antifraude, incluindo contato com fornecedores e times técnicos;Conhecimento em chargeback e normas de bandeira;Cursos ou certificações em Prevenção à Fraude, PLDFT, Autorizações ou Regras de Bandeiras;Conhecimento em linguagens de programação para análise de dados (Python);Inglês intermediário para comunicação com fornecedores.Modelo de contratação:Carga horária de 8h por dia (segunda a sexta-feira);Contratação CLT.
