Se você tem paixão por inovação e busca trabalhar em um ambiente ágil, colaborativo e desafiador, esta pode ser a sua oportunidade! Para nosso time de Inteligência em Prevenção à Fraudes, buscamos alguém com perfil estratégico, especialmente na vertente de Cadastro, Onboarding e KYC. Procuramos uma pessoa protagonista, proativa e colaborativa, autônoma, que seja capaz de transformar dados em insights e atuar com autonomia na construção de soluções antifraude. Sua missão será atuar na frente estratégica de fraudes na abertura de contas, sendo responsável por criar e otimizar regras de prevenção no processo de onboarding, desenvolver estudos e indicadores, além de atuar junto às áreas técnicas e de negócio para garantir eficácia e inovação nas estratégias de mitigação de risco na porta de entrada. Se interessou pela oportunidade mas não reside em Joinville? Não tem problema, possibilitamos o trabalho remoto/home office.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar no desenvolvimento, implementação e gestão das estratégias, regras e controles de prevenção a fraudes, com ênfase em Cadastro, Onboarding e KYC, garantindo o alinhamento com os objetivos de negócio;Realizar análises preditivas e investigações de padrões de fraude na abertura de contas (laranjas, contas-fantasma, documentoscopia fraudada, fraude de identidade), utilizando dados cadastrais, transacionais e comportamentais para identificar riscos e propor soluções eficazes e sustentáveis;Monitorar continuamente o cenário de fraudes e riscos emergentes no funil de onboarding, avaliando indicadores, taxa de aprovação/reprovação, e resultados das regras implementadas, ajustando a estratégia de prevenção conforme necessário;Desenvolver e acompanhar indicadores de performance da área (taxa de fraude confirmada no cadastro, falsos positivos, taxa de aprovação automática, reincidência), transformando dados em insights estratégicos para tomada de decisão;Criar e otimizar estratégias antifraude diretamente na solução de KYC/onboarding vigente, equilibrando segurança e experiência de cadastro (fricção x conversão);Garantir a comunicação clara e eficaz dos processos e controles de prevenção a fraudes para todas as áreas relevantes da empresa;Liderar projetos estratégicos de prevenção a fraudes no cadastro, desde a concepção até a implementação e o acompanhamento dos resultados;Avaliar e recomendar a adoção de novas tecnologias e ferramentas de verificação de identidade (biometria facial, prova de vida, validação documental, bureaus de dados), buscando otimizar recursos e a eficácia das soluções implementadas;Estabelecer e manter relacionamento estratégico com outras áreas internas (Produto, Dados, Compliance, Tecnologia) e com parceiros externos (fornecedores de KYC/biometria, bureaus);Representar a área em fóruns internos, apresentando resultados, insights e a estratégia de prevenção a fraudes no cadastro.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Direito, Contábeis, Engenharias, Matemática ou áreas correlacionadas;Experiência em times de estratégia de prevenção de fraudes, incluindo a criação e otimização de regras e modelos antifraude;Amplo conhecimento na estratégia de combate à fraude em abertura de contas e KYC — identificação de laranjas, fraude documental, fraude de identidade, contas usadas para lavagem de dinheiro;Ter atuado em áreas de prevenção a fraude cadastral, preferencialmente em instituições financeiras, fintechs ou meios de pagamento;Conhecimento avançado de SQL (queries complexas, CTEs, etc.) para extração, manipulação e análise de grandes volumes de dados;Habilidade com ferramentas de BI e Dados (Databricks ou similar) para criação de dashboards, relatórios analíticos e visões estratégicas;Capacidade analítica avançada para identificar padrões, tendências e anomalias, e capacidade estratégica para realização de estudos, incluindo simulação de cenários.Informações adicionais DiferenciaisExperiência com soluções de KYC, biometria facial, prova de vida e validação documental (documentoscopia);Conhecimento em normas regulatórias aplicáveis a onboarding (Bacen);Experiência na implementação/provas de conceitos de soluções antifraude, incluindo contato com fornecedores e times técnicos;Conhecimento em linguagens de programação para análise de dados (Python);Inglês intermediário para comunicação com fornecedores.
