Então confira a oportunidade abaixo!O que buscamos:Profissional responsável por estratégia, desenvolvimento, gestão e evolução de produtos, com forte atuação em mercado de saúde suplementar e regulamentação da ANS.Responsabilidades e atribuições·      Conduzir estudos de viabilidade técnica, econômica, mercadológica e regulatória para desenvolvimento, revisão e evolução dos produtos da Cooperativa.·      Elaborar análises estratégicas sobre desempenho do portfólio, tendências do mercado e comportamento da concorrência.·      Identificar oportunidades de inovação, diferenciação e expansão do portfólio.·      Participar da construção do planejamento estratégico da área de Produtos.·      Desenvolver estudos de mercado, benchmarking e análises competitivas.·      Elaborar apresentações executivas para suporte às decisões da Gerência e Diretoria.·      Consolidar análises econômicas, demográficas, regulatórias e assistenciais relacionadas aos produtos.·      Monitorar a legislação e as normas da ANS e demais órgãos reguladores, avaliando impactos sobre os produtos da Cooperativa.·      Conduzir análises regulatórias, elaborar documentação técnica e apoiar a implementação das adequações necessárias.·      Conduzir atividades relacionadas ao desenvolvimento, implantação, manutenção e atualização dos produtos.·      Facilitar a integração entre as áreas Comercial, Marketing, Jurídica, Tecnologia da Informação, Atuarial, Rede Prestadora e demais áreas envolvidas.·      Elaborar cronogramas, acompanhar entregas, riscos e resultados dos projetos sob sua responsabilidade.·      Apoiar a Coordenação na implementação das iniciativas estratégicas da área.·      Desenvolver estudos estatísticos, econômicos e mercadológicos utilizando bases corporativas de dados.·      Elaborar indicadores estratégicos e painéis gerenciais relacionados ao desempenho dos produtos.Requisitos e qualificações·      Ensino Superior Completo em Administração, Economia, Ciências Atuariais, Estatística, Engenharia, Gestão Hospitalar, Marketing ou áreas correlatas.·      Conhecimento sobre Saúde Suplementar e Mercado de Saúde.Desejável:·      Pós-graduação em Gestão de Produtos, Gestão Empresarial, Inteligência de Mercado, Marketing, Projetos e Gestão Estratégica, Gestão em Saúde ou áreas afins.·      Conhecimento em credenciamento de serviços ou rede de atendimento. Modelo atual de trabalho: presencial por 90 dias a partir da data de admissão, e após, híbrido.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Assistência médicaAssistência odontológicaAuxílio academiaAuxílio com reembolso de estacionamentoAuxílio farmáciaPrograma de treinamentosSeguro de vidaVale AlimentaçãoVale RefeiçãoVale-transporteRestaurante
