Queremos te conhecer!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar no planejamento, organização e execução de eventos de ponta a ponta.Apoiar no sourcing de fornecedores, comparando orçamentos para garantir o melhor custo-benefício (saving).Apoiar nas visitas técnicas, vistorias de espaços e acompanhamento rigoroso de montagem/desmontagem.Realizar curadoria e análise de amostras, além do controle de estoque e distribuição.Apoiar no controle rigoroso de planilhas de custos, pagamentos e documentação (alvarás, licenças e ECAD).Apoiar na configuração de equipamentos de credenciamento e acompanhamento de demandas de TI nos eventos.Manter a liderança atualizada com follow-ups proativos e relatórios de desempenho.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência comprovada com produção de eventos de ponta a ponta;Experiência com contratos, licenciamentos e processos legais de eventos;Experiência com cotação, orçamentos e fechamento de contratos;Conhecimento em G-Suite ou Pacote Office (especialmente Excel/Planilhas para controle de custos);Será um diferencial: Conhecimento em ferramentas de videoconferência (Zoom) para eventos híbridos.Experiência básica de direção de palco e produção técnica (som, luz e imagem).Conhecimento em ferramentas de construção de plantas/layouts de eventos.Noções de sistemas de credenciamento.⚠️ É indispensável:Ter flexibilidade de horários para atuação em finais de semana e feriados (conforme calendário de eventos).Disponibilidade para viagens nacionais constantes (média de 2 vezes por mês).Informações adicionaisEssa é uma vaga CLT e presencialLocalidade: Asa Norte - Brasília-DF.Horário: 40h semanais, de segunda a sexta das 9h às 18h.Benefícios Oferecidos:🏥Plano de saúde com coparticipação e odontológico integral;🍽️Vale refeição ou vale alimentação no cartão Caju (você escolhe);🚌Vale transporte;🎂Day off no mês do seu aniversário;👶Auxílio creche para crianças de até 6 anos de idade;📚Verba anual para treinamentos;🏖️Convênio com SESC;💳IGDcard para resgate de lanchinhos na nossa snack machine;🍻Hours, integrações e um ambiente de trabalho super agradável.Saiba mais sobre nós:🔸Site Oficial🔸Instagram🔸Linkedin
