Cadastre-se agora e venha fazer parte do nosso time!🚀Esta e as demais vagas anunciadas estão disponíveis para PcD ♿Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConstruir e gerir o calendário anual de eventos e ações de relacionamento B2B, alinhando-o à estratégia comercial e às metas da Unidade de Negócios.Elaborar, defender e gerir o orçamento anual de eventos da área, propondo realocações e soluções que maximizem o resultado por real investido.Negociar contratos, cotas de patrocínio e parcerias de maior complexidade e valor, atuando como interlocutor da Unifique junto a entidades setoriais, associações e organizadores de feiras.Definir e acompanhar os indicadores de performance dos eventos, consolidando relatórios e recomendações para a liderança da Unidade de Negócios B2B.Conduzir o relacionamento com clientes estratégicos e grandes contas nas iniciativas de eventos e ações comerciais, em conjunto com o time de vendas.Padronizar processos, playbooks e fluxos de aprovação de eventos e orientar tecnicamente os demais níveis da função.Requisitos e qualificaçõesHabilidades:Gestão e produção de eventos corporativos de ponta a ponta: briefing, concepção, cronograma e checklist, logística, cerimonial e protocolo, montagem e desmontagem, condução no dia do evento, pós-evento e mensuração de resultados (feiras, congressos, workshops, rodadas de negócio, patrocínios e eventos próprios).Gestão orçamentária, compras e fornecedores: elaboração e controle de orçamento de eventos, cotação, negociação, contratos e SLA, processos internos de compras e prestação de contas, análise de custo x retorno.Relacionamento com clientes corporativos e ferramentas de gestão: rotinas comerciais B2B, gestão de convites, listas e hospitalidade, CRM, Pacote Office (Excel e PowerPoint avançados), Power BI e ferramentas de gestão de projetos.Formação:Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Comunicação Social, Relações Públicas, Eventos, Hotelaria, Turismo ou áreas correlatas. Pós-Graduação/MBA concluído em Marketing, Gestão Comercial ou Gestão de Projetos.
