O Centro Universitário Assunção (UNIFAI), mantido pela Fundação São Paulo, está em busca de um(a) Analista de Eventos Pleno para atuar no planejamento, na organização e na execução de eventos institucionais e acadêmicos.O(a) profissional será responsável por coordenar todas as etapas dos eventos, desde o planejamento e a gestão orçamentária até a execução e a avaliação dos resultados, contribuindo para o fortalecimento da imagem institucional e para a realização de atividades acadêmicas, culturais e de relacionamento com a comunidade.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar, organizar e executar eventos institucionais e acadêmicos, incluindo recepções de calouros, colações de grau, celebrações litúrgicas, feiras, exposições e atividades da Pastoral Universitária.Gerenciar fornecedores, cotações, contratações, contratos, prazos e níveis de serviço.Elaborar e acompanhar o orçamento da área e dos eventos, garantindo o cumprimento das metas orçamentárias.Administrar a agenda de eventos e a utilização dos espaços do campus, organizando os ambientes conforme as necessidades de cada atividade.Estruturar e documentar os processos internos, formulários de solicitação de eventos e fluxos de trabalho com os demais departamentos.Operar plataformas de gestão de eventos, como Even3 ou similares, acompanhando inscrições, credenciamento, check-in e emissão de certificados.Apoiar estratégias de captação de novos alunos por meio de eventos institucionais e feiras educacionais, em parceria com as áreas de Comunicação Institucional e Comercial.Prospectar e gerenciar parcerias, patrocínios, apoios e permutas para a realização de eventos.Planejar exposições e iniciativas que contribuam para o enriquecimento cultural do Centro Universitário.Apoiar campanhas e ações institucionais, incluindo atividades de suporte aos alunos que prestam o ENADE.Identificar e solucionar imprevistos durante a realização dos eventos.Organizar e orientar a equipe de Eventos, contribuindo para seu desenvolvimento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior cursando em Eventos, Turismo, Comunicação Social, Administração, Produção Cultural ou áreas correlatas.Experiência comprovada de, no mínimo, 3 anos em planejamento e execução de eventos.Experiência em gestão de fornecedores, controle orçamentário e condução presencial de eventos.Disponibilidade para atuação presencial e horários flexíveis, conforme o calendário institucional.Informações adicionaisHorário de Trabalho: SEG à SEX | 11h00 às 20h00 (Necessário disponibilidade aos sábados);Local de Trabalho: R.
