Você será a peça-chave para tirar grandes ideias do papel, gerenciar a produção ponta a ponta e garantir que cada evento fortaleça nossa marca e gere impacto real.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão End-to-End de Eventos Internos: Planejar, operacionalizar e liderar a logística de eventos corporativos na sede, encontros de time, treinamentos e ações culturais, garantindo padrão estético e excelência na entrega.Suporte Estratégico em Feiras e Congressos B2B: Atuar lado a lado com a Coordenação no suporte a eventos de grande porte (montagem de estandes, ativação de marca, cenografia, logística de materiais e gestão de apoio local).Gestão de Fornecedores e Negociação: Prospectar, cotar, negociar e gerenciar parceiros estratégicos (buffet, audiovisual, credenciamento, brindes, cenografia, segurança) com foco em eficiência de custos e alta qualidade.Articulação Multidisciplinar: Ser a ponte de comunicação entre Marketing, Comercial, RH e Operações, garantindo o alinhamento de briefing, cronograma e consistência da identidade visual da marca.Operação In Loco e Resolução de Problemas: Acompanhar presencialmente as etapas de montagem, execução e desmontagem, agindo de forma rápida e assertiva diante de imprevistos.Mensuração e Marketing de Dados: Coletar dados de público, feedbacks, ROI e KPIs pós-evento para produzir relatórios de desempenho e propor melhorias contínuas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Eventos, Marketing, Relações Públicas, Comunicação Social, Produção Cultural ou áreas correlatas.Vivência comprovada na produção de eventos presenciais B2B e operacionalização/suporte a feiras de grande porte.Domínio no relacionamento, negociação e coordenação técnica de fornecedores e logística.Facilidade com ferramentas de gestão de projetos (ex.: Asana, Trello, ClickUp) e domínio de ferramentas de produtividade (Google Workspace / Pacote Office).
