Buscamos uma Pessoa Analista de Eventos para atuar na produção e coordenação de eventos corporativos da Árvore, desde o planejamento logístico até a execução. Essa pessoa será responsável pela gestão de fornecedores, controle de orçamento, interface com times internos e apoio na estratégia de divulgação, garantindo que cada evento reflita a cultura e os objetivos da empresa.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesProdução Executiva de Eventos: Planejamento e coordenação de todos os detalhes logísticos de eventos corporativos (presenciais e online), como cronograma, fornecedores, recursos materiais e suporte à equipe.Gestão de Fornecedores: Identificação e negociação com fornecedores de serviços, garantindo que todas as entregas estejam dentro do orçamento e prazo.Relatórios e KPIs: Produção de relatórios sobre os eventos realizados, incluindo KPIs, análise de resultados e indicadores de sucesso.Interface com Times Internos: Comunicação com times administrativo, aquisição, financeiro, comunicação e outras áreas envolvidas para garantir a execução do evento.Gestão de Orçamentos: Controle de orçamento dos eventos, acompanhando despesas, realizando projeções e ajustes.Apoio na Produção de Conteúdo: Suporte na estratégia e acompanhamento de conteúdo para divulgação de eventos, como e-mail marketing, posts em redes sociais e materiais promocionais.Apoio à Estratégia de Marketing: Colaboração com o time de marketing para alinhar a estratégia de eventos com as metas e objetivos da empresa. Contribuição criativa e estratégica para a definição do formato e escopo dos eventos.

Requisitos e qualificações Graduação completa em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Comunicação, Relações Públicas, Administração ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimento prático de ferramentas de gestão de projetos, planilhas, apresentações e eventos (ex: Trello, Asana, Google Drive, Google Planilhas, PPT etc.).Habilidade de negociação com fornecedores e gestão de orçamentos.Autonomia, boa comunicação verbal e escrita, com facilidade de interação com diferentes times e stakeholders.Desejável experiência com eventos com estandes.
