Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Excelência Operacional Pleno para integrar nosso time e atuar diretamente no ambiente fabril, apoiando a implementação, sustentação e evolução das iniciativas de melhoria contínua. Esse profissional será responsável por disseminar a cultura de excelência operacional, promover ganhos de eficiência e produtividade, além de apoiar a transformação dos processos por meio de metodologias e ferramentas voltadas à melhoria do desempenho operacional.#VocêNaRandoncorp #SomosRandoncorp #VemPraNakataExtremaResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar e ser o ponto focal na execução dos programas de Excelência Operacional, como a Jornada SMO (Sistema Mobility de Operações) e Seis Sigma;Coordenar calendários de treinamentos, fóruns de certificação, acompanhamento de indicadores e governança dos projetos da unidade;Desenvolver conteúdos e materiais de treinamento para capacitação das equipes operacionais e áreas de apoio;Apoiar a implementação de projetos de melhoria contínua e otimização de layouts, utilizando metodologias tradicionais e ágeis;Atuar como referência e ponto focal das iniciativas de melhoria contínua na manufatura;Garantir a execução e o acompanhamento das rotinas de gestão baseadas nos ciclos SDCA e PDCA;Monitorar indicadores de desempenho, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e apoiando a tratativa de desvios;Estruturar gatilhos para gestão de desvios de performance e conduzir eventos Kaizen Blitz;Assegurar a atualização da documentação, indicadores e governança dos projetos de excelência operacional;Atuar como agente de mudança, impulsionando a cultura de melhoria contínua e excelência operacional em toda a unidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos ObrigatóriosEnsino Superior completo em Engenharia, Administração, Gestão da Produção ou áreas correlatas;Vivência com análise de indicadores e gestão de projetos.DiferenciaisExperiência com programas de melhoria contínua e excelência operacional em ambiente industrial;Conhecimento em Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, PDCA, SDCA e ferramentas de solução de problemas;Certificação Green Belt ou conhecimento em Seis Sigma;Experiência na condução de treinamentos e workshops;Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis;Vivência em projetos de transformação e melhoria de processos produtivos.Informações adicionais
