Responsabilidades e atribuições🎯Como será o seu dia a dia: Planejar e acompanhar, em conjunto com o Engenheiro responsável e as áreas envolvidas, as paradas de fábricas e centros de distribuição necessárias às intervenções. Conduzir reuniões de acompanhamento dos projetos com stakeholders internos e externos, registrando decisões, responsabilidades, prazos e pendências.Levantar necessidades técnicas e elaborar layouts, desenhos, projetos básicos e escopos para aquisição de serviços, materiais e equipamentos.    Apoiar a compatibilização de projetos e a análise técnica de equipamentos, consolidando informações e submetendo as definições que demandem responsabilidade técnica à validação do Engenheiro responsável.Acompanhar licenças, autorizações e alvarás necessários à execução dos projetos, assegurando organização da documentação e cumprimento dos prazos. Acompanhar montagem, construção, testes, comissionamento e documentação de entrega, registrando desvios e subsidiando o aceite técnico pelo Engenheiro responsável. Preparar documentação para auditorias, conferir laudos e apoiar o atendimento aos planos de ação relacionados aos projetos. Solicitar reclassificações de ativos e realizar o acompanhamento financeiro dos projetos, incluindo orçamento, medições, previsões, compromissos e desembolsos. Acompanhar contratos e desempenho de fornecedores, registrando ocorrências e subsidiando avaliações e decisões dos responsáveis técnicos e da liderança. Consolidar relatórios gerenciais e apresentar informações sobre avanço físico-financeiro, riscos, desvios e próximos passos.Atuar como referência de processo para os Analistas dos níveis I e II, compartilhando conhecimentos, padrões, ferramentas e boas práticas, sem caracterizar gestão formal de pessoas.Sinalizar ao Engenheiro responsável e ao Coordenador situações que possam comprometer prazo, custo, qualidade, segurança, escopo ou continuidade operacional.

Requisitos e qualificações🔎O que você precisa ter:Ensino superior completo em Engenharia Civil, Mecânica, Elétrica, de Produção ou área correlata;Vivência  na condução de projetos, obras ou manutenção, acompanhamento técnico de fornecedores e interface com diferentes áreas e unidades.Excel Avançado;AutoCAD Avançado;

Conhecimento/ vivencia com CAPEX.Informações adicionais🌟Será um diferencial se você:Pós-graduação em Gestão de Projetos, Engenharia de Manutenção, Gestão de Obras, Gestão de Ativos ou área correlatas. MS Project ou Primavera P6;  BIM;Lean Six Sigma
