Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Recrutamento e Seleção – Expansão Comercial para integrar nosso time em Ribeirão Preto/SP.Esse(a) profissional será responsável por mapear, prospectar e atrair talentos alinhados ao perfil comercial do negócio. A área de Expansão tem papel estratégico no crescimento da empresa e atua de forma direta e integrada ao time comercial.Buscamos um perfil fortemente comercial, relacional e orientado a resultados, com capacidade de atuar de forma consultiva, identificar oportunidades, conduzir negociações e sustentar o crescimento da empresa por meio da atração dos profissionais certos do mercado financeiro.Venha fazer parte do nosso time e contribuir ativamente para o crescimento da empresa. 

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir a prospecção ativa de candidatos (hunting) para aumento da equipe comercial do time de Expansão.Realizar o agendamento, organização e acompanhamento das rotinas de reuniões do time de Expansão.Prestar suporte às lideranças comerciais, auxiliando no controle e acompanhamento dos esforços estratégicos relacionados à Expansão.Apoiar nos processos, fluxos e programas da área de Expansão.Contribuir para a organização de informações e indicadores relacionados aos processos da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Administração, Direito, Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Tecnologia, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência com recrutamento e seleção, especialmente com hunting ativo.Domínio de ferramentas de busca e atração de talentos, como LinkedIn Recruiter ou similares.Conhecimento em informática e pacote Office (principalmente Excel e PowerPoint).Boa capacidade de organização, comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.Informações adicionaisDisponibilidade de Viagem.Disponibilidade de trabalhar 100% presencial.Flexibilidade horário.
