Estamos em um momento estratégico de expansão e evolução da operação no Brasil e, por isso, algumas informações sobre a posição e a estrutura da área serão compartilhadas ao longo do processo seletivo.Trata-se de uma empresa global de grande porte, reconhecida no segmento de alimentação e varejo, com forte presença internacional e uma operação relevante no Brasil.A posição terá papel importante na construção e execução de estratégias de Marketing, contribuindo diretamente para o fortalecimento da marca, experiência do consumidor e resultados do negócio.Responsabilidades e atribuições Estruturar, revisar e atualizar políticas de viagens, mobilidade e gestão de frota, considerando referências de mercado, dados de utilização e diretrizes orçamentárias;Conduzir processos de cotação, negociação e avaliação de fornecedores de Facilities, mobilidade, viagens e frota, buscando eficiência de custos e qualidade dos serviços;Elaborar indicadores e relatórios gerenciais relacionados aos custos da área, identificando oportunidades de otimização e subsidiando a tomada de decisão da liderança;Gerenciar contratos de serviços terceirizados, acompanhando requisitos contratuais, legais e documentais para mitigar riscos operacionais e de conformidade;Estruturar diretrizes e procedimentos de controle de acesso e segurança patrimonial das instalações administrativas;Coordenar projetos de melhoria de infraestrutura, layout e ambientes corporativos, atuando em conjunto com áreas internas e fornecedores;Apoiar o planejamento e o acompanhamento do orçamento anual da área, contribuindo para a gestão eficiente dos recursos;Atuar como referência técnica em Facilities, compartilhando conhecimentos e orientando os demais integrantes da equipe para promover a qualidade das entregas e o desenvolvimento profissional.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo em Administração, Logística, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência mínima de 5 anos na área de Facilities, com atuação em elaboração de políticas, negociação com fornecedores e gestão de contratos e frota;Conhecimento em políticas corporativas de viagens, mobilidade e gestão de frota;Experiência com gestão de contratos terceirizados e conformidade de prestadores de serviços;Conhecimento em análise de custos, planejamento orçamentário e indicadores de desempenho;Excel avançado;Capacidade de negociação, análise crítica e gestão de fornecedores;Conhecimento ou experiência em projetos de infraestrutura, layout e ambientes corporativos;Pós-graduação em Gestão de Facilities, Logística, Gestão Empresarial ou áreas correlatas será considerada um diferencial;Conhecimento em Power BI ou outras ferramentas de dashboards será considerado um diferencial;Experiência em empresas com operações multiunidades ou nos segmentos de food service e varejo será considerada um diferencial.
