Somos um grupo multimarcas que atua na comercialização de veículos novos, seminovos, acessórios, consórcios, frota, seguros e pós-vendas realizado na nossa rede de concessionárias além do serviço de locação (mobilidade). Buscamos um Analista de Faturamento Júnior para realizar o processo de faturamento de veículos novos e usados do Grupo NewChase. Irá atuar na emissão de notas fiscais, controle de documentos de venda e recebimento das receitas, colaborando com outros departamentos para assegurar a precisão das cobranças e na otimização dos processos de faturamento, garantindo a precisão das transações e o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos.Se você é uma pessoa ágil, que encanta o cliente e preza pela excelência em resultados, venha fazer parte do nosso time!Nós somos o Grupo NewChase e crescemos juntos!Responsabilidades e atribuições • Emissão de notas fiscais eletrônicas (NFe) para a venda de veículos novos e usados. • Configuração de contas de clientes no sistema de faturamento, garantindo que todas as informações de clientes estejam corretas e atualizadas. • Faturar os veículos no sistema, dando baixa dos valores pagos no sistema, a fim de garantir a conciliação de valores previamente acertados entre consultor de vendas e cliente. • Trabalhar em colaboração com os departamentos de vendas e contábil para garantir a precisão das cobranças, realizando sempre a verificação dos pedidos atendidos e realizar o acompanhamento para resolver qualquer discrepância que possa surgir. • Realizar a revisão das vendas através de planilhas padrão, visando garantir que todas as vendas foram faturadas corretamente. • Realizar a manutenção dos registros de contas e manter os documentos de faturamento organizados e atualizados, garantindo que todos os procedimentos seguem os protocolos estabelecidos pela empresa.• Liberar o veículo para preparação de entrega após a conferência do pagamento no sistema, a fim de permitir o cumprimento do prazo de entrega do veículo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSe você possui:Possui o Ensino Superior Completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis e/ou áreas relacionadas Conhecimento prévio em processo de Faturamento. Conhecimento Intermediário no Pacote Office, especialmente o Excel. Familiaridade com sistemas ERP e na emissão de notas fiscais. Vivência no ramo automotivo e/ou Concessionária de Veículos é um diferencial.
