Siga firme no que você acredita. Venha ser um game changer com a gente! :)Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o faturamento de clientes, garantindo a correta emissão de notas fiscais para diferentes CNPJs do grupo;Controlar e acompanhar o processo de faturamento, assegurando prazos e conformidade com as exigências fiscais;Interagir com as áreas operacionais para recebimento e conferência de medições;Manter contato com clientes para validação e liberação do faturamento;Executar a emissão de notas fiscais (NF-e/NFS-e) e demais documentos relacionados;Apoiar no controle e organização de documentos fiscais e financeiros;Contribuir para melhorias nos processos de faturamento e controles internos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência prévia na área de faturamento, financeiro ou fiscal;Vivência com controle de processos e rotinas administrativas;Experiência com sistemas ERP e emissão de notas fiscais será considerada um diferencial;Organização e atenção aos detalhes, garantindo precisão nas atividades de faturamento;Comunicação clara e objetiva para interação com clientes, equipe e áreas internas;Capacidade de trabalhar com prazos e demandas simultâneas;Proatividade na resolução de problemas e melhoria de processos;Postura ética e responsabilidade no tratamento de informações confidenciais.Ferramentas e Sistemas:Domínio do Microsoft Excel;Utilização de e-mail corporativo (Gmail);Experiência com ERP, preferencialmente TOTVS Protheus;Vivência com portais de clientes para envio e acompanhamento de faturamento.Conhecimentos Técnicos:Conhecimento em emissão de notas fiscais (NF-e, NFS-e);Noções de rotinas fiscais e tributárias ( ISS, entre outros impostos);Experiência com processos de faturamento e controles administrativos.Cursos e Certificações (Diferenciais):Cursos voltados à área de faturamento, fiscal ou financeira;Treinamentos ou certificações no sistema TOTVS Protheus;Capacitação em Excel (básico/intermediário);Atualizações em legislação fiscal e tributária.Informações adicionaisINFORMAÇÕES ADICIONAISO que você vai encontrar por aqui:Flexibilidade nos seus horários;Estrutura horizontal;Dress code livre;Oportunidades de crescimento cross brands;Empresa Cidadã: Nossos colaboradores tem a licença parental estendida;Benefícios:Disponibilizamos pontos para você selecionar os benefícios que fazem mais sentido para você.Assistência médica e odontológica;Seguro de vida;Vale-transporte;Vale-refeição e alimentação;Wellhub (Gympass);Auxílio Creche;Auxílio filhos com deficiência;Dayoff para aniversários;Alelo Multibenefícios;Allya - parcerias e descontos no app;
