A Biosphera é um ecossistema com 16 empresas especialistas em tecnologia, vendas e marketing, cobrindo todas as necessidades de Growth das marcas.Nossas soluções cobrem dos dados ao PDV, de campanhas ao conteúdo, da pesquisa à Web3.Estamos em busca de um Analista Financeiro Pl para se juntar ao nosso time.Atuamos como CSC-Centro de Serviços Compartilhados, atendendo algumas Agências de Comunicação em seguimentos diversos relacionados a Propaganda e Marketing.Buscamos um(a) profissional para atuar na área de Faturamento, sendo responsável pela execução e acompanhamento das rotinas de emissão de Notas Fiscais de venda, garantindo que as operações sejam faturadas corretamente, dentro dos prazos e de acordo com as informações comerciais e fiscais.A posição terá interface com as áreas Financeira, Fiscal, Comercial, Logística e demais áreas envolvidas no processo, atuando na identificação e solução de eventuais divergências.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a emissão de Notas Fiscais de venda, garantindo a correta aplicação das informações fiscais e comerciais;Conferir pedidos de venda, Ordens de Compra (OC/PO), valores, quantidades, condições comerciais e demais documentos necessários para o faturamento;Validar os dados cadastrais e fiscais dos clientes antes da emissão das notas;Conferir informações como CFOP, NCM, CST/CSOSN, ICMS, IPI e demais tributos, conforme a natureza da operação;Realizar o envio das Notas Fiscais e documentos fiscais aos clientes, conforme os procedimentos estabelecidos;Efetuar lançamentos e atualizações das informações de faturamento nos sistemas internos e portais de clientes;Acompanhar notas rejeitadas, erros de emissão e demais inconsistências, realizando as correções necessárias;Realizar processos de cancelamento, substituição, carta de correção, operações triangulares e emissão de notas complementares, quando aplicável;Apoiar nos processos de devolução, remessa, transferência e outras operações fiscais relacionadas ao faturamento;Apoiar a área Fiscal/Contábil na identificação e correção de divergências relacionadas às notas emitidas;

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo;Desejável formação em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas;Experiência anterior na área de Faturamento;Experiência com emissão de NF-e de venda;Conhecimento básico de legislação fiscal aplicada ao faturamento;Conhecimento de CFOP, NCM, CST/CSOSN e impostos incidentes sobre operações de venda;Conhecimento em sistemas ERP;Conhecimento em Excel;Boa organização e atenção aos detalhes;Facilidade para trabalhar com prazos e volume de demandas;Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
