Grupo SEB contrata Analista de FP&A Sênior, para atuar em São Paulo.Venha conhecer o Grupo: https://www.sebsa.com.br/Responsabilidades e atribuições Liderar o processo mensal de Previsto x Realizado, incluindo análise crítica de variações, discussão com gestores das áreas e proposição de planos de ação.Conduzir a dinâmica periódica de reuniões com os donos dos negócios/unidades, apresentando performance financeira, desvios orçamentários e planos de ação, e alinhando expectativas para os ciclos seguintes.Coordenar o controle e a governança de CAPEX: aprovação de projetos, acompanhamento de execução, reprojeção e comitês de investimento.Conduzir o processo de orçamento e projeções (budget e reforecast) para o próximo exercício, definindo premissas, calendário e consolidação com as áreas de negócio.Garantir a integridade do controle de alocações e lançamentos contábeis entre centros de custo, unidades/escolas e naturezas de despesa, definindo critérios de rateio quando necessário.Atuar como ponto focal de controladoria para auditoria interna/externa quanto a questões orçamentárias e de alocação.Desenvolver e aprimorar modelos financeiros e relatórios gerenciais (dashboards de performance, análises de rentabilidade por unidade/segmento).Apoiar diretoria financeira na preparação de materiais para conselho e comitês, incluindo cenários e sensibilidades.Orientar e revisar o trabalho de analistas júniores, garantindo qualidade e prazo das entregas.

Requisitos e qualificações

Graduação em Administração, Economia, Contabilidade, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas; pós-graduação ou MBA em Finanças é um diferencial.5+ anos de experiência em FP&A, controladoria ou planejamento financeiro, com atuação direta em orçamento, CAPEX e Previsto x Realizado.Excel avançado e modelagem financeira robusta; domínio de ferramenta de BI corporativa.Experiência com plataforma orçamentária corporativa (ferramenta de budget/forecast integrada).Conhecimento sólido de contabilidade gerencial e estrutura de centros de custo/alocação.Vivência em ambientes com múltiplas unidades de negócio, filiais ou operações descentralizadas, incluindo interlocução direta com gestores/donos de unidade.
