Transformar. Dengo é assim, uma causa com sabor verdadeiro.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesBuscamos um(a) Analista de FP&A Sênior com perfil analítico, visão estratégica e proximidade com o negócio, que queira atuar de forma protagonista no planejamento financeiro e contribuir diretamente para a tomada de decisão da liderança. É uma posição com alta exposição, interface com diversas áreas e impacto real na estratégia da companhia.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir o processo de Budget, Forecast e projeções de longo prazo;Analisar resultados financeiros (real vs. planejado), construindo diagnósticos e recomendações estratégicas;Desenvolver e aprimorar modelos financeiros (P&L, fluxo de caixa, CAPEX e cenários);Avaliar viabilidade de projetos, precificação, rentabilidade de produtos e eficiência operacional;Apoiar decisões estratégicas como expansão de lojas e novos investimentos;Estruturar dashboards, relatórios gerenciais e KPIs estratégicos;Consolidar informações financeiras e preparar apresentações executivas para a alta liderança;Atuar como Business Partner das áreas Comercial, Operações, Contábil e TI;Propor melhorias, automações e evoluções nos processos de planejamento financeiro.Atividades Detalhadas·      Validar dados e premissas utilizadas nos modelos de Forecast e Budget.·      Preparar apresentações executivas com análises de performance, resultados e perspectivas.·      Criar e atualizar modelos financeiros (P&L, fluxo de caixa, CAPEX e projeções).·      Controlar despesas e investimentos, realizando análises de desvio (real vs. planejado).·      Avaliar impactos financeiros de decisões estratégicas (novas lojas, expansão, pricing, renegociações).·      Acompanhar o desempenho de projetos estratégicos, medindo resultados esperados vs. alcançados.·      Interagir com times Contábil, Comercial, Operações e TI para integração e alinhamento dos dados.·      Garantir a governança financeira dos processos, mantendo metodologias claras e documentadas.·      Propor e liderar iniciativas de automação e otimização de relatórios e rotinas financeiras.·      Suportar auditorias internas e externas com informações e análises financeiras.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e Qualificações Formação superior em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas; Experiência sólida em FP&A; Vivência prática com Budget, Forecast e modelagem financeira; Forte domínio de P&L e fluxo de caixa; Excel ou Google Sheets avançado (modelagem é essencial); Experiência com ERPs (SAP, TOTVS, Oracle ou similares); Conhecimento em BI (Power BI, Tableau, Looker ou similares) será diferencial;Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Vale Refeição (usamos Caju!);Vale Transporte (usamos Caju!);Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Vale Casamento (além dos dias de descanso, você ganha um presente da Dengo);GymPass (para cuidar da saúde física/mental);Auxílio Creche;Day off no Aniversário (tirar o dia todinho para você);Licença Maternidade de 180 dias;Licença Paternidade de 30 dias.Etapas do processoEtapa 1: CadastroEtapa 2: TriagemEtapa 3: Entrevista com RH Etapa 4: Entrevista com a Liderança DiretaEtapa 5: ContrataçãoSABOR DE MUDAR O MUNDO!!No que acreditamos...Juntos é melhor.Tudo é cíclico.O sabor da natureza.Justiça traz felicidade.Diversidade é vida.O Brasil é inspirador.
