Profissional responsável por atuar no planejamento financeiro, orçamento, forecast e análise de performance do negócio, com foco no segmento de varejo. Será responsável por acompanhar indicadores financeiros e operacionais, analisar resultados por loja, canal, categoria, produto e região, além de apoiar a tomada de decisão da liderança por meio de análises, projeções e recomendações estratégicas.Atuará como parceiro das áreas Comercial, Operações, contribuindo para o controle de despesas, melhoria de margem, rentabilidade e eficiência operacional.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo time FP&A e Controladoria, você irá:• Elaborar, acompanhar e revisar o orçamento anual, forecast e projeções financeiras. • Analisar o resultado mensal, comparando realizado x orçado x forecast x ano anterior. • Preparar análises de DRE gerencial por loja, canal e unidade de negócio. • Acompanhar indicadores de varejo, como vendas, margem, ruptura, giro de estoque e despesas operacionais. • Apoiar o fechamento gerencial, explicando variações de receita, margem, custos e despesas. • Elaborar relatórios e apresentações executivas para diretoria e áreas de negócio. • Realizar análises de rentabilidade por loja, produto, categoria, canal e região. • Apoiar estudos de viabilidade financeira para abertura, fechamento, reforma ou expansão de lojas. • Desenvolver simulações financeiras envolvendo preço, volume, margem, promoções, descontos e mix de produtos. • Acompanhar despesas de lojas, centros de distribuição e áreas administrativas. • Construir e manter dashboards, relatórios gerenciais e indicadores de performance. • Atuar como business partner financeiro das áreas comerciais e operacionais. • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria de margem, redução de despesas e ganho de eficiência operacional. Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara fazer acontecer, você precisa:• Ensino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Engenharia, Finanças ou áreas correlatas;• Experiência sólida em FP&A, Controladoria, Planejamento Financeiro, Business Controlling ou áreas financeiras correlatas;• Vivência com orçamento, forecast, análise de resultado e fechamento gerencial;• Experiência com análise de DRE gerencial, margem, despesas, rentabilidade e indicadores financeiros;• Conhecimento de indicadores do varejo, como vendas, margem, ticket médio, estoque, perdas, descontos e despesas sobre vendas;• Excel avançado;• Conhecimento em Power BI ou outras ferramentas de análise de dados;• Capacidade de elaborar apresentações executivas e análises para tomada de decisão.Vai ser um diferencial se você tiver:• Pós-graduação ou MBA em Finanças, Controladoria, Gestão Empresarial, Varejo, Estratégia ou áreas correlatas;• Experiência prévia em empresas de varejo físico, e-commerce, marketplace, franquias, bens de consumo ou operações com múltiplas lojas;• Conhecimento em sistemas como TOTVS, Prophix ou similares;• Experiência em estudos de viabilidade de expansão, abertura e fechamento de lojas;• Conhecimento de pricing, trade marketing, supply chain e gestão de estoque. Informações adicionaisRemuneração variável;Assistência médica e odontológica;Refeitório interno;Vale alimentação;Vale transporte;Seguro de vida;Total Pass.Convênio com farmácia;Universidade MCassab (conforme política interna);Modelo híbrido de trabalho
