Responsabilidades e atribuições• Conduzir o ciclo de Budget anual: premissas, Book de Faturamento por canal (Varejo, Atacado, Franquia, Internacional e Serviços), impostos, descontos, CMV/margem, OPEX por diretoria (máscaras e HeadCount) e CAPEX:• Atualizar os ciclos de Forecast / Latest Estimate (LE), consolidando as revisões das áreas e controlando versões;• Suporte a execução do fechamento gerencial mensal: extração do resultado no SAP, conciliação DRE gerencial x contábil, não recorrentes e material do War Room;• Elaborar a DRE gerencial mensal por empresa (Fortuna, Luz, Super 25, Mustang) e a análise de desvios Budget x Real x LE junto às áreas• Acompanhar OPEX real por diretoria/centro de custo, Build-up de SG&A, CMV e base de headcount/turnover;• Apurar e submeter as comissões de vendas por canal e franqueado;• Apoiar a projeção de fluxo de caixa, a gestão de dívida (Debt Schedule, covenants) e os materiais para credores, Board e processos de M&A/due diligence;• Suporte na preparação da apresentações de resultados para Diretoria e Board;• Liderar iniciativas de automação e padronização: DRE no Power BI conectada ao sistema e Bancos de Dados, templates únicos de Budget/Forecast e coleta de OPEX via Automatizações;Requisitos e qualificações• Excel avançado (modelagem financeira, fórmulas complexas, tabelas dinâmicas, Power Query)• Transações SAP S/4HANA, de acompanhamentos Price, Financeiros e Contabeis• Estrutura de DRE gerencial, orçamento, forecast e análise de variações• Contabilidade societária e gerencial, impostos sobre vendas e resultado financeiro• Power BI (modelagem e dashboards)• PowerPoint para apresentações executivas• Sql (Basico/Intermediario)Diferencial: • Experiência em FP&A de varejo e/ou redes de franquias com múltiplos canais e empresas• Vivência com gestão de dívida, covenants, reestruturação de passivos e relacionamento com bancos/credores• Participação em processos de M&A, due diligence, valuation (DCF, múltiplos) e EBITDA ajustado• Conhecimento de Python/SQL, Power Automate e TableauInformações adicionaisNossos benefícios:Plano de saúdePlano odontológicoVale refeiçãoVale transporte ou vale combustívelEstacionamento gratuitoHorário flexívelPLRNossos diferenciais:Day off de aniversárioSomos pet friendly, aqui seu pet é super bem vindoMassagem semanalAté 70% de desconto nos nossos produtos para você arrasar em qualquer ocasiãoDress code livre – seja você e ouse no seu fashion style
