Nos últimos anos fizemos a aquisição de empresas na América Latina e estamos buscando talentos que gostem de desafios e queiram participar de uma grande transformação.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar de forma estratégica na área de FP&A, sendo responsável por análises financeiras que apoiem decisões de curto, médio e longo prazo;Elaborar e revisar orçamento, forecast, projeções financeiras e análises de performance do negócio;Desenvolver estudos de custos, margens, rentabilidade, despesas, capital de giro e indicadores financeiros;Conduzir análises relacionadas à precificação, apoiando decisões comerciais e garantindo maior eficiência financeira;Atuar como Business Partner das áreas de negócio, principalmente junto aos times comerciais, canais, portfólio e liderança executiva;Construir apresentações executivas, análises gerenciais e storytelling com dados para suporte às decisões estratégicas;Desenvolver dashboards e indicadores em Power BI para acompanhamento da performance financeira;Participar da implantação, parametrização e evolução de sistemas financeiros, atuando em integrações com ERP e ferramentas de planejamento;Administrar informações no sistema orçamentário da companhia, garantindo consistência dos dados e qualidade das análises;Identificar oportunidades de automação, melhoria de processos e fortalecimento da cultura orçamentária da empresa;Realizar análises de mercado e benchmarking do segmento de tecnologia, apoiando decisões estratégicas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em FP&A, Controladoria ou Planejamento Financeiro;Vivência com Budget, Forecast, Rolling Forecast e modelagem financeira;Experiência em análises de custos, margens, despesas, rentabilidade e capital de giro;Conhecimento sólido de DRE, P&L, Balanço Patrimonial e Fluxo de Caixa;Vivência atuando como Business Partner junto às áreas de negócio;Excel avançado;Experiência com ERP, preferencialmente TOTVS, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite ou similares;Conhecimento em Power BI para construção e manutenção de dashboards;Inglês intermediário.Diferenciais que somam pontos:Experiência em implantação ou parametrização de sistemas financeiros;Vivência com ferramentas de planejamento orçamentário;Experiência em projetos de automação e melhoria contínua;Conhecimento do segmento de tecnologia, distribuição ou canais;Facilidade para transformar dados complexos em apresentações executivas e recomendações para o negócio.Informações adicionaisVale alimentação e/ou vale refeição;Vale transporte ou auxílio estacionamento;Plano de saúde e odontológico com cobertura nacional;Convênio academia;Seguro de vida;Programa de participação nos lucros, conforme atingimento de metas;Day Off no mês de aniversário;Incentivo à programa do Governo voltado para licença maternidade e paternidade;Kit maternidade e paternidade;Programa de indicação de funcionários;Convênio Pet.Além de oportunidades internas de uma empresa multinacional, referência global como um dos maiores provedores de soluções de tecnologia.
