Profissional com experiência em gestão e controle de frotas, com atuação operacional, contratual e analítica, apoiando a disponibilidade dos veículos, o controle de custos, o cumprimento de contratos e a geração de indicadores para tomada de decisão.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Elaborar Termos de Referência, especificações e documentos para contratação de serviços e aquisição relacionados à frota. Acompanhar contratos da frota, incluindo vigência, escopo, saldo contratual, serviços executados e níveis de serviço. Realizar e acompanhar medições contratuais, verificando a conformidade dos serviços prestados. Realizar a gestão de multas e infrações, controlando identificação de condutores, prazos e tratativas. Monitorar plataformas de gestão, telemetria, combustível e manutenção, identificando desvios e oportunidades de melhoria. Administrar a agenda e disponibilidade dos veículos do Pool, organizando reservas e utilização. Acompanhar manutenções preventivas, corretivas e emergenciais, custos, programação e disponibilidade. Gerar indicadores de consumo, utilização, manutenção e custo da frota, apoiando a gestão e a tomada de decisão.

Requisitos e qualificações Técnico ou Superior em Logística, Administração, Engenharia, Mecânica ou áreas correlatas. Experiência em gestão ou apoio operacional de frotas, manutenção, logística ou transporte. Conhecimento em Excel, BI, e sistemas de gestão de frota; capacidade de análise de dados e indicadores. Gestão operacional de frotas e controle de disponibilidade. Gestão de contratos, medições, Termos de Referência e fornecedores. Telemetria, abastecimento, manutenção e custos. Gestão de multas, documentação e controles operacionais.  Excel, BI, indicadores, relatórios gerenciais e dashboards.
