Em uma estrutura de alta performance, este profissional será o pilar técnico da área, atuando de forma generalista em todo o ciclo de vida dos ativos (aquisição, operação, manutenção, telemetria e desmobilização). Se você domina os indicadores financeiros da área, gosta de transformar dados operacionais em inteligência e busca otimizar processos continuamente, essa vaga é para você!Responsabilidades:Gestão Financeira e Indicadores:Controlar e acompanhar o Budget/Orçamento operacional da frota (OPEX e CAPEX).Calcular e gerenciar ativamente o TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) por veículo e por operação (R$/km e R$/mês).Acompanhar os principais KPIs da área: consumo de combustível, custos de manutenção, taxa de indisponibilidade, sinistralidade e multas.Mapear divergências orçamentárias e propor planos de ação para redução de custos.Gestão Operacional e Suprimentos:Analisar e aprovar orçamentos técnicos de manutenção preventiva e corretiva com oficinas credenciadas.Acompanhar contratos de locação, cartões de combustível, sistemas de pedágio, sinistros, seguros e ciclo de pneus.Garantir a conformidade de prazos, garantias de fábrica e documentação (IPVA, licenciamento).Prestar suporte às equipes operacionais na resolução de gargalos sistêmicos e processos com a ponta.Telemetria e Segurança:Monitorar e consolidar dados de sistemas de Telemetria e Rastreamento.Mapear e sinalizar desvios de condução (direção econômica, velocidade, frenagens/acelerações bruscas e tempo de motor ocioso).Apoiar na aplicação e fiscalização do cumprimento da Política de Frotas da empresa.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior em Administração, Engenharia, Logística, Economia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência na gestão de frotas com visão integrada dos processos.Domínio de métricas e conceitos do setor (TCO, OPEX/CAPEX, Depreciação, R\$/km).Excel Avançado,  Power BI (construção de relatórios, dashboards, fórmulas analíticas e tabelas dinâmicas)Experiência com sistemas de Telemetria / RastreamentoConhecimento em sistemas de Gestão de Frotas.Noções de mecânica automotiva, planos de manutenção e gestão de pneus.
