Com o programa WE – Wiz Everywhere, o modelo de trabalho é adaptado à realidade de cada função.Essa vaga faz parte do modelo WE Flex, o que significa que você vai trabalhar 3 dias de forma presencial em nossos escritórios e 2 dias de casa. Responsabilidades e atribuições Atuar no desenho, execução e acompanhamento de processos e projetos de Remuneração e Estrutura, garantindo alinhamento às estratégias do negócio.Conduzir projetos de revisão de tabelas salariais e estratégias de remuneração, considerando análises internas e referências de mercado.Atuar na governança de cargos, incluindo avaliação, manutenção das bases, utilização de fontes oficiais e disponibilização das informações.Apoiar a construção, revisão e governança de políticas de movimentação de pessoas e PLR.Desenvolver e analisar modelos de trabalho, considerando produtividade, novos formatos de contratação e dimensionamento de equipes.Atuar no desenho e revisão de modelos de bonificação e incentivos, garantindo coerência com os objetivos do negócio.Acompanhar continuamente tendências, práticas e movimentações de mercado relacionadas a remuneração, estrutura organizacional e modelos de trabalho, identificando oportunidades de evolução para a empresa.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Economia, Atuária, Psicologia, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimento em Pacote Office.Experiência em remuneração estratégica: pesquisa salarial, desenho de tabela e estrutura de cargos e carreira.Conhecimento de metodologias de avaliação de cargos (ex: Hay, Mercer IPE, Korn Ferry ou similar).Conhecimento de legislação trabalhista aplicada a remuneração (CLT, ACT/CCT, dissídios).Experiência em governança de dados de cargos e salários.Desejável:Conhecimento da Lei 14.611/2023 (Igualdade Salarial) e relatórios de transparência salarial.Power BI ou ferramenta de visualização de dados.Vivência com novos modelos de trabalho e contratação (PJ, híbrido, dimensionamento de times).Experiência com automação de processos de RH (Power Automate ou similar).
