Em nosso time você encontrará um um bom clima organizacional, com ambiente amistoso, profissionais responsáveis, comprometidos e focados em resultados.Se identificou com estas características? #VempraBrasilTerrenos! 💚🤍Responsabilidades e atribuições - Apoiar a aplicação e o acompanhamento de pesquisas de clima organizacional, engajamento, satisfação e NPS, realizando a consolidação e análise dos resultados, identificação de oportunidades de melhoria e acompanhamento dos planos de ação.- Atuar nos processos de gestão do ciclo de desempenho, apoiando as etapas de avaliação, calibração, feedback e elaboração dos Planos de Desenvolvimento Individual (PDI), acompanhando indicadores, cronogramas e oportunidades de desenvolvimento dos colaboradores.- Apoiar a execução e o acompanhamento de programas de desenvolvimento de pessoas, incluindo Programa Trainee e demais iniciativas de capacitação, contribuindo para o cumprimento dos cronogramas, acompanhamento dos participantes e avaliação dos resultados.- Organizar e acompanhar treinamentos presenciais e virtuais, desde o levantamento das necessidades de desenvolvimento até a execução, controle de participação, utilização das plataformas de aprendizagem e avaliação de eficácia, monitorando indicadores e horas de treinamento.- Atuar na experiência e jornada do colaborador, contribuindo para os processos de integração, desenvolvimento, reconhecimento e engajamento, promovendo ações alinhadas à cultura, aos valores e aos objetivos da organização.- Executar e acompanhar ações de clima, cultura organizacional, comunicação interna e endomarketing, contribuindo para iniciativas de integração, fortalecimento do senso de pertencimento, qualidade de vida e melhoria contínua do ambiente de trabalho.- Atuar de forma generalista nos processos de Gente & Gestão, prestando suporte aos projetos e demandas de Desenvolvimento Humano e Organizacional, recrutamento e seleção, gestão de indicadores, controles internos, elaboração de relatórios e demais atividades relacionadas à área, incluindo o atendimento às unidades do grupo.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação em Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas relacionadas. Familiaridade com metodologias de gestão de desempenho, como Nine Box (9 Box), avaliação por competências, avaliação de potencial e Planos de Desenvolvimento Individual (PDI).Conhecimento em pesquisas de clima, engajamento, eNPS e indicadores de Gente & Gestão, incluindo análise de resultados e acompanhamento de planos de ação.Conhecimento em metodologias de Treinamento e Desenvolvimento (T&D), levantamento de necessidades, avaliação de eficácia, trilhas de aprendizagem e programas de desenvolvimento de pessoas.
