Atuar na execução e acompanhamento dos processos de Gente & Gestão, apoiando a Consultora Interna os colaboradores em temas de gestão de pessoas, desenvolvimento, recrutamento, desempenho, indicadores e clima, garantindo a aplicação das políticas e práticas da organização.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar as lideranças da unidade nas demandas relacionadas à Gestão de Pessoas, contribuindo com orientações sobre processos, políticas, desenvolvimento, estrutura de equipes e relacionamento com colaboradores;Executar e acompanhar políticas, processos e programas corporativos de Gente & Gestão, garantindo sua aplicação na unidade;Atender e orientar colaboradores em demandas relacionadas aos processos e políticas de Recursos Humanos;Conduzir processos de Recrutamento & Seleção, desde o alinhamento do perfil da vaga até a definição do candidato e encaminhamento para contratação;Apoiar processos de recrutamento interno, movimentações de pessoal e ações relacionadas ao desenvolvimento de carreira;Levantar necessidades de treinamento e desenvolvimento, apoiando o planejamento, organização e execução das ações de capacitação;Acompanhar os processos de avaliação de desempenho, ciclos de feedback e Planos de Desenvolvimento Individual (PDIs), apoiando as lideranças no acompanhamento das ações;Executar e acompanhar o processo de onboarding e integração de novos colaboradores;Apoiar a realização de pesquisas de clima e engajamento, consolidando resultados e acompanhando planos de ação junto às lideranças;Apoiar e executar ações de endomarketing, engajamento, qualidade de vida, saúde mental e responsabilidade social na unidade;Atualizar, acompanhar e analisar indicadores de Gente & Gestão, como headcount, turnover, absenteísmo, vagas, admissões, desligamentos, treinamentos e demais indicadores da área;Elaborar relatórios, apresentações, análises e controles de RH, fornecendo informações para suporte às lideranças e à tomada de decisão;Apoiar as lideranças no acompanhamento do dimensionamento das equipes e nas movimentações de pessoal;Realizar entrevistas de desligamento, consolidar informações, identificar principais motivos e apoiar o desenvolvimento de ações de retenção;Apoiar as demandas trabalhistas da unidade em interface com o Jurídico, organizando documentos, informações e acompanhando os encaminhamentos necessários;Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, garantindo a organização de documentos, evidências e planos de ação relacionados à Gestão de Pessoas;Acompanhar os requisitos, evidências e indicadores de Gente & Gestão;Apoiar o cumprimento de políticas, procedimentos e requisitos de Compliance relacionados à Gestão de Pessoas;Atuar como interface entre a unidade e o Departamento Pessoal, consolidando e encaminhando documentos e informações, bem como acompanhando o cumprimento dos prazos;Apoiar a disseminação e fortalecimento da cultura, dos valores e das práticas de Gestão de Pessoas da organização;Executar controles e demais atividades correlatas à função, conforme necessidade da área e da organização.
