(Faltas, abonos, horas extras, atestados);Acompanhamento e gestão mensal de banco de horas dos projetos;Atualizar cadastros das plataformas de gestão de pessoas e benefícios;Gestão de Onboarding e documentos pertinentes (PJ/CLT/Estagiários);Gestão de Benefícios;Receber/Orientar os colaboradores quando houver pedidos de desligamentos, coletar a carta e os apontamentos do mês.Requisitos e qualificações👉 Requisitos:Formado(a) em Gestão em Recursos Humanos, Administração e/ou áreas correlatadas;Desejável: Conhecimento nas plataformas Flash, Inmetra, Feedz e Creditas;Soft Skils: Ser "hands-on", facilidade em resolução de conflitos e comunicação clara.Hard Skills: Conhecimento em departamento pessoal, benefícios, admissões e gestão de PJs.Informações adicionais👉 Benefícios:Vale Alimentação/Refeição: R$ 25,00 (dia);Vale Transporte;Assistência Médica, Odontológica e Seguro de Vida (Porto Seguro);Convênio Academia (Totalpass);Convênio Farmácia;Parceria com cursos de idiomas e instituições de ensino.
